Surely if you sell it to some one no where near you then whoever stole it can't claim it back as you won't be riding it and it'll be miles away. But is it worth the risk?

Bargain - well worth the money for anyone getting into trials. Also you wouldn't want anything hugely long if you're getting into it as I guess either you'll be younger and therefore smaller or you'll be used to riding 'normal' bikes and won't want anything that is vastly different from what you're used to. I remember the first time I tried riding a trials bike (either a Cannondale Ashton or a Giant Hawes I can't remember which was first) and not liking the feel of it at all. Jamie

I've got a 24th middleburn I think. Never heard of 23. Does any one know of any 20th 4 arm chain rings - I know its pretty easy to get 5 arm ones but 4 arm doesn't seem to exist.

Fair play - beats Swansea councils reply to whether they'd build a skate park - they said no. They must be putting a fair bit of money into this although its probably an ideal way for the council to get rid of their unwanted stuff. Jamie

Try a bit of washing up liquid as well - works like a charm.

Some of the Halo ones came with 20mm adaptors - may be worth looking into (If it was a Halo wheelset that is). Although I know some didn't.

Most wheels are 3 cross - the only difference is in the spoke length. Also, make sure you have the right length spokes to start with unless you just give it a go and see. Jamie

Personally, heads out. Heads in seemed to bend the spokes far too much. Radial wheels do seem to be pretty strong as I didn't have any problems with mine (Hope mono on 217) and I only stopped running it as it actually seemed too light when trying to ride in the wind and also I fancied running a disc.

If that cassette is 7spd then even if you took one off it wouldn't fit as you need 6 9spd spaced cogs not 6 7/8spd spaced cogs. (7/8spd chanins are wider than 9spd chains hence the different spacing)

That £35 contract looks like a £20 o2 one with access to wifi. I wouldn't say its worth it as £269 and £420 for a years contract - if they do it for a year. Seems like a lot of money.

Hopefully be doing a similar thing in the County show again (did it last year). Be good to have a few more riders, the more the merrier.

I'm running a BB5 with a 203 rotor and an Avid SD 5 or 7 (I forget) lever and it stops me on just about anything I decide to ride down. Usually I get more scared that I'll go ove the bars or my forks'll snap. Well worth the money and a bargain at £30 - although mine was £25.

Was looking so good till the +50 bb. I'd love a long wheelbase Ashton but with a +30. Is it just me or do the tubes look larger than the ones used on Ashtons. And whos idea was it to paint it all streety with a comp geo.

Please tell me someone has tried uping the rail.

Just a quick question, as Hope managed to design to design a great hub for trials riders, surely someone must have mentioned the grease issue to them during the design/testing stage. Why have Hope not changed it?
