Frames are made differently, basicly you need to bolt the wheel up in the dropouts loosen the spokes on the right hand and tighten them on the left to bring the rim across to the centre. then when you get close put your brake on and true it between your pads making sure it doesnt rub

I think you could mill the axel and cassette of the hub down if you have the tools to do so, you would have to use a die to get the threads back for your lockring
