It has been said already in this topic but yes, they do offer better air flow, lighter weight and are a lot more comfortable than the pisspots. I would say to get a Xen helmet too as I have tried a few and I wont buy a different helmet now I've used the Xen for so long.

Film in 50i and fastest bit rate. I have this camera my self and it's good for the price! Also, try getting something more high end like Sony Vegas or Premiere Pro, Corel sucks ass.

He obviously hasn't been on the trials scene for very long and wants some help. He was asking if the bolt diameter was too thick for the dropout also. Just chill, cut him some slack and sort out your spelling and grammar.

The lube in the hub is too thick. If you don't want to take it apart then wash it out with some thinner lube like wd40.Then wipe away the excess.
