  1. isane really doesn't describe how good this brake is ,i rode bigmans steed on saturday and i nearly did a sex wee when i pulled the back brake for the first time :$
  2. i personally would just buy some tarty hard grips instead ,as i havent heard of any techniques for re-doing grip grip. steve
  3. i should think they just have a clean rim,as in my experiance maggies have the power but not much hold on smooth wet rims
  4. a nice medium grind i reckon,i've never used them pads though but thats what the tart says.have you considered heatsink reds?they work so nice on a light grind,even better on a medium. steve

  7. and the bolts for the rotor,the lever and cables arent overally expensive,a tesco cable set and a sd7 lever and you'll be sorted cables are £3 and levers is £10ish. steve

  9. i have just fitted a tesco inner cable ,it cost me £3 and it has a inner and outer cable.i'll stick up a little review tonight.by the way i am running sd7 lever and arms,kore outer and heatsink vee reds feels mint. steve

  15. i highly rate hansventre tires,they have two compounds and are very grippy and have a good wear rate,you could find them at tartybikes butthey have gone now,im sure if you googled then you'll find these tires. steve
  16. my eno skipped loads for a couple of months,then i change my bb to a un-bent one and its been fine ever since

  22. not in my cnc maggie backings no,i havent had any problems either with the pad material coming out at all.

  24. im not 100% sure if i can come tommorrow now,chainreactioncycles seem to be taking there time getting my order to me ,so if it hasn't came by tea tonight i going to try and bodge the bike for tommorrow or admit defeat i will yet you guys no either way. steve edit: crc have only just dispatched my order this morning dispite me ordering saturday (to be sent of tuesday) so i am gonna try and bodge the bike for tommorrow. steve
  25. larsen tt's are good,im not sure of the width though but they are fairly light.are you going stock danny? steve
