Got my echo sitting currently at 8.5kg Im not sure but if I changed the old echo pure v-forks, Got the ti bottom bracket, ti pedal spindles and carbon bars and changed out the standard tryall front rim id be looking at a stupid weight pretty close to 8kg.

This tyre looks interesting. Would be interested if anyone gets to see this in the flesh for either my trials bike or trail bike.

Im running mine with a 130mm x 25deg trialtech stem, viz pro 700 risers angled quite far forward and it feels awesome!

Avid single digit 7 callipers with a v brake booster and that should stiffen it up a beast. Also take into consideration the inner and outer cables the standard shimano stuff seems to do the trick for me, Perhaps a linear slick if you fancy some bar spin action. Also you will probably be able to pick up some nice cnc pad backings which would finish off a rather tasty brake setup.

What are the current v brake arms that are on his bike?

Pretty sure that may be what yer after lads just works with a normal middleburn lock ring.

By all means have it, but I am certainly not the only person who only has a weekend off once in a blue moon. I need dates for these things way in advance so I can book them in with my boss. when something gets cancelled I cancel my time off so I can get other weekends off to go ride.

Believe it or not Gary not everyone who rides trials rides comps, some don't even ride natural and choose to ride in the street on man made things like concrete. But yeah the new rules are high tops guns and gold chains to make the sport appeal to the kids more.

Probably because they weren't riding a high enough front end, most folk who had them had very low/flat bars and flat stems. Now every one knows where its at high bb and high bar/stem to match. I don't actually have words for the crack on the Ozonys just whaaaaaa

I am finding a similar problem with my atomz UN Elitis rim, only seems to hold a grind for a very short time using Rockman blues and TNN Belay pads which are some of the best performing pads on the market. The next step I am taking is to try some heat sink yellows as I used to use them on a tryall rim with a dead grind and found them to be awesome. New rim time if that dont work.

Push yourself to ride more longer lines (or shorter lines longer ) by setting yourself goals/targets and once you achieve them stretch them even further and you will be surprised how quickly your energy will improve.
