Try using boiling water over the crank, then an extension bar off the crank puller like the guy suggested above. If that doesn't work, try striking the end of the crank puller while tightening to shock the crank loose. Last thing to try is loosening the crank bolt right off and riding around until it *hopefully* comes loose Alex

I assume you mean this one...which is the same as the Onza T-pro of the same age and is an almost identical clone of the Koxx Levelbooss mod. Weight is around the 1.65kgs mark.

The tpa adjuster just pushes the master cylinder in. If only one pad is extending, that is a sure sign of a sticky piston. Check the wiki for how to cure this.

My theory too.... certain pads work better when they're worn down too. It cyhanges the amount the pad material can deform I reckon. Real cousts are utter shite when worn down past half life... whereas Koxx browns are great right up until they hit the backing. ( my own findings... )

Take strands out of gear cable / brake inners. Shorten hoses to minimum length chop bars down make grips as short as possible

try-all 127 x 27 or tarty forged like you've got. Ideally you'd want something between 150mm and 127? so around 140mm x 28* but that's just a *wee* bit specific

They do work really well on smooth, but i put a grind on in about 10minutes flat. Really don't trust smooth rim at all!

take off a little further away from normal, and try and take off without using the back brake so much. Try and scoop the bike up more with the pedal stroke. At least thats what it feels like for me

Aha, I will try that.... I was wondering about making some crank bolts that way I have made it M18, it fits the forks perfectly haha just me being dozy and forgetting the thread size Edit: new stuff being uploaded in a minute... few other pictures.
