  1. Brilliant idea on the dropouts, makes heaps of sense BB is a good idea in my opinion...they'll pretty much stay with the frames anyway so its hardly much hassle for anyone, just means you dont have to faff round with shell widths and shitty bearings all the time
  2. Zoo looks lovely, but is a tad long and chainstays are too long gays edit: isitafox...like this?
  3. sounds like you ripped through all the threads on the brass barrel in the lever. Is the lever really close to the bar before you pull it? I had the same kind of problem on my diatech anchor rear brake, turned out to be a shite bleed, and i think an air pocket moved...meant my lever went from 25mm ish from the bar, to squeezing into the grip!.
  4. So if theyre selling their own products that they set the RRP on? Then they are just cutting out the middleman surely.... I don't see why selling things for a lower price is bad for the sport?! If anything I reckon its good for it.... more accessible etc. Surely manufacturers have every right to sell to whoever they want to ?
  5. Meh, I for one would wholeheartedly use Rock n Roll bikes. They're part of the Onza group so why shouldn't they sell their products with a middlemans profit margin tacked ontop more power to them...
  6. Nah, he rides a proto Onza stock now, but he still gets out the wee one when he's bored
  7. get an old crossover , preferably a snapped one. Tape it to a larger bit of pipe that'll fit into a track pump. Screw the barb into the echo bleed hole and pump piston should fly out.
  8. Der Kaiser or minion on the rear....kenda small block 8 on the front
  9. hm could find the tiniest bit on the bleed nipple cover but that was it. time for a rebleed and I'll report back as to how it goes. Cheers for your help
  10. Watch 18seconds in...comedy gold
  11. hey there, got a rear halfords hydraulic disc brake. Only problem is it lsoes pressure in a few minutes of use and the lever pulls into the bar after about a half hour. Are tehre any clever way of finding a leak? Apart from hanging it upside down? http://washford.scene7.com/is-viewers/flash/genericzoom.swf?serverUrl=/is/image&image=Washford/314401&viewSize=450,507
  12. FSA orbit XLII off ebay.. £17
  13. Don't go for a Pig...get a sexond hand Echo SL or TR. The pigs are incredibly heavy ( and yes I do have one )
  14. Hey, just a quick edit from West Bay in Dorset. Largely of Joe Seddon riding the mini master and my coustellier V2, also featuring Ben Mooore and Josh Kydd. Hope you lot like the video anyway Please watch and comment away, Cheers. Vimeo link
  15. But effectively give you more Bb rise, eg by increasing the angle the chainstay makes with the ground.
  16. Being a basher then In all seriousness I run a front Echo 07 rim on the rear with sqaure holes, and 100odd holes in the inner wall. Now weighs around 660gr
  17. I run burns, rear King hub, and my own custom bash Works great, but if buying a new bike, or new I'd just buy FFW. More specifically the best set-up out there....Echo SL ffw and Try-all cranks.
  18. Bike looks amazing, loving Zoo's new direction
  19. I'm getting in at about halt 2 or ten to 3 train. Txt mee if anybodies already in and il meet you
  20. Comp, ice is too long and heavy. Neons dont seem to be built well. Personally id ride a t-pro ( what youve got ) then change to something like a Koxx or other lightweight frame when you know what you like.
  21. haha, when are you next coming back down Ben? I'm up in Northampton for christmas if you fancy riding brum maybe?
