  1. Well yeh a tiny bit, but not an amount that suggests being shat out.
  2. They got to 9800 though, going any higher than that would just sounds wierd. The GTX295 sounds better than the 10,295GT. EDIT: I assumed the 295 was the highest spec?
  3. If you're looking for super cheap mat, I'd go for one of these: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct....amp;subcat=1010 ATI might be better budget cards though, never really looked into them.

Reeeeeeeeepost. It was in the Boti a few days ago Tomm.
  5. Heres me and Jollyman debating over who'll post in here next, and you post that shit? Come on Jeff.

I tried boiling in water, I boiled all the water away and it didn't work. Depends what make they are and what glue was used.
  7. Better pic for it maybe? http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....st&id=27421
  8. Less rake also makes it feel like the head angles steeper, because the front wheel is further underneath the bike. Although it does raise the bike up very slightly, so the head angle would actually be slightly less.
  9. I've only had one encounter with these pretend bobbies, one came towards us and called out, "you're not supposed to be here are you lads", so we just shouted nope, "oh, sorry", and rode off before she could get any closer.
  10. Six. Be aware that you might want less rake, trials forks differ between 35-45mm these days.

Stick it in the oven on a baking tray at full wack, then take it out every 30 secs-minute and try and peel the rubber out with pliers.
  12. Haha, Jeffs a cunt. I think this may be the first Lobster-Dog worthy thread we've had in a long time?
  13. Nice analagy. You can buy helicoil kits on ebay, but they work out about £20 posted. I just get the local motorbike shop to do mine for me, because he already has the tools so costs me far less.
  14. Use capital letters and full stops? Just takes longer for some people. Doesn't help that a lot of the moderator team doesn't actually come online much any more because they're getting on a bit now.
  15. He wants light, not heaviest bb ever made... Look at Trialtech, they're cheap and pretty light, but apparantly very strong too.
  16. They're M5 now, if he's stripped them they need helicoiling really! The only other thing I'd recommend trying is to see if the thread has all stripped out, almost always I've found people use bolts that are too short in these mounts. (10mm inside the frame at the most!). Best bet, get it helicoiled, it's stronger than the standard threads anyway so it would be worth getting all of them done at once, then get some new stainless bolts that are too longer and cut them down to size. That was you have helicoiled threads and about 15mm+ of bolt inside the frame. Jubilee clips work, although they can shift about a bit unless they're lamped up seriously tight. EDIT: Too slow lol.
  17. M5 bolts do use a 4mm Allen Key. M4 use a 3mm, M6 use a 5mm and M7 use 6mm. (Very rarely seen but sometimes used in stem bolts). Just get it helicoiled, it makes life much, much easier.
  18. Nope, because they're M5 as standard anyway. The only real way to sort it is to helicoil it. Some people tap out to M6, but it's a pain in the arse because you can't use a booster after that without getting bigger spacers made.
  19. Chickens don't shit eggs. If they did, they'd come out coated in poo, which they don't, they're almost always clean. We kept hens for about 10 years, keep meaning to get more, they made the best tasting eggs ever..
  20. Did anyone else just get the Mitchell and Webb sketches running through their head?

haha, you photoshopped his rim Adam? Ever the perfectionist.
  22. Well it's not a motorbike, it's a trials bike, and we need more power out of the rear brake.
  23. I just want to be pedobear for the fame, he's more famous than most celebs! Don't really fancy the pedo side of things, but from the pics I've seen he's quite small, so at least he's proportioned correctly for the task...
  24. Pedobear. Or possibly a french trials rider, but they're a strange breed...
  25. Well you would, they're much smaller and lighter than a stock... Just go with whatever you ride best. I ride stock now because mods are too small and I'm nearly 6ft.
