  1. You ever decide you want to change those forks for some Echo Lites, I'd swap in a second (put money towards it aswell).
  2. Ah right, doesn't look like you've had to change a lot to be honest, how are you finding the forks? I've only ever met one guy whos had a go and liked them (besides the guy I got them off), everyone thinks they're too flexy, but I always loved how springy they were. Just drop me a PM on here or a text if you ever fancy a quick blast, havn't changed my number and won't be doing for a while so should be good. Enjoy it mate, looks amazing.
  3. My mate once told me how to drop my nose on gaps, I instantly was gapping way further.
  4. haha, I ALMOST resprayed it myself when i had it but then went stock, I was thinking either Focus ST orange or that sort of green. Looks great mate, missing it now but I just can't ride mods any more. Has the BB snapped? Looks like it might have done in one of those pics. Loving it anyway mate, give us a shout if you're working over this way again? Maybe we could go for a wee ride one evening? Glad to see you're using it and getting back into the sport dude.
  5. Haha! You've got to be joking? You're from Cleveland not Liverpool! I had an 06 T-Pro for my first bike, it rode like shite and the frame snapped after 6 weeks, twas amazing! (Was second hand though).
  6. Wait you're talking stock? Yaabaa 1499 then, or if you want really cheap then a Simtra ST-1 or Kot MS2. Gonna be selling my Kot soon if you're interested?

    Brake Booster

If it's usable don't try and bend it back, just use it, my brothers is bent too and was when I bought it.
  8. Onza Blade, Monty PR, Echo Lite 09, Zoo Lynx, Czar 07, GU LE 09, GU ST. They're just the ones that Tarty stock. It's a piece of piss these days! Not like when I had my first Echo, then you had a choice of a Monty PR or a Monty TI. Just choose what geo you want and there will be one to suit you.
  9. Yep, still allows quite a bit of flex though, but everyone I know who has them has said the same, the reds hold way better.
  10. Get a Tensile, then you've got a new freewheel that doesn't cost the earth. I've seen too many Enos skip to ever own one, Tensile for me if I ever have another FFW.
  11. Yellows are not better though, my mate had some reds and they shat all over my yellows. The yellows were alright when new, but just no hold at all now, just gave it a fresh grind aswell and no difference.

    Brake Booster

If it's ridable, leave it, if not, straighten it, and if it snaps, then replace it. Getting a new one just because it's bent seems a bit extreme...

    Mbt Bikes

From my experience 22t on the front is useless for dirt jumping, I was running 24:11 at one point and it was way too low.
  14. Making sure you're moving the disc really fast over the rim surface? Only going in one direction not back and forth?
  15. They're called legs Ben. But yeh I agree, the forks would look so much nicer without the Onza logo on them.
  16. Yes it is, you buy the license not the software.
  17. Really, really, really not true... Get the extra 20mm (looks more like 25mm to me to be honest) spacers you need and put them under the stem, then if you want to move it down just take a spacer out and put it on top, so you can experiment moving it up and down and find where you want it, when you're sure it's where you want it, just lop the top bit off the steerer so the cap sits straight on the stem. Look in the wiki for instructions on how to cut it down.
  18. 2 days when I used him recently, that was for a set of yellow refills. I ordered Sunday and they came Tuesday though, so technically it's only 1 working day I think?
  19. The biggest plus points if you ask me are weight and compactness, if you land on the chain it only has to flex up about 10mm before it hits the chain stay. Not the best idea though, ruins your frame.
  20. Yeh you can, it wears off in no time though.

    Quick

I did, but I only had friends when I mended their bikes for them.
  22. If you clean up the seal and the inside of the hub, then grease it then it should just press in with no trouble.
  23. They's easy Ben, if the drive shell won't just pull out, you can hammer it out with the axle from the disc side. There should be a guide video thing on the hope website for a normal Pro2, you can just use that. PM me if you get stuck if you want pal.
  24. Feck, didn't think you were that old! Have a goodun pal.
