  1. Danny Butler Ben Slinger Rob Poyser Ryan Trickett Antoni Bennett Jon Congrave Alex Roland Courtney Etienne Wes Etienne Tom Astbury Stefan Perks Samuel Turner (Muel) I haven't sent my form off! I'll get it filled in with a cheque and bring it on the day if thats OK Dave? Ryan said I can go with him if my Mum can't take me so I'll definately be there. I now won't have internet access until Tuesday because I don't have it at home, so I'll ring Ryan tommorrow night to check if it's ok and if the trial is on.
  2. That is some dire customer service! I really hope this gets sorted soon, I can't wait to see what colour the mini will be in the end. (Don't spoil the surprise though. ) Hopefully it will arrive asap and then you'll have something special that we'll all remember him by.
  3. When did I ever say there was anything wrong with short Mods? I just prefer longs. But, seeing as you'd like to know EXACTLY whats wrong with them, I'll tell you. I can't do stuff as big, they feel cramped and I keep kneeing the bolts on the stem. A 1030/1040, +60 Dob disc would be my ideal frame.

    Top Gear

Anyone got any info on this new GTR? What make is it for a start? Is it a Veyron beater?
  5. I havn't sent off my form. :$ Can I still enter in the day? I think I'll probably be there.
  6. Make a long version please!
  7. The fact that I put in my sig kind of tells you that I see it as a joke, as it is miles from the truth. I drilled my front rim, I'm not a proper weight whore as you can see by looking at my bike, it has a bash plate for a start. 6.4 I think from memory?
  8. Foam grips, and have a soak in the bash/shower and bite the calouses off.
  9. My bikes actually 8.7/8.8kgs, so it's not especially light these days. I also do weights at home. I reckon that if you used all the lightest possible bits you could get it to under 8kgs.
  10. Looking good Alex! Don't ever change that rear rotor, I had one and it worked brilliantly, but I got rid of it because I wanted standard mono trial ones, which proved to be a bad move.

    The Music Thread.

Bit of an old bump, but I want some new music to listen to, like Children of Bodom but a bit slower maybe?
  12. The website works well, is easy to use and contains decent info that everyone can trust. Why waste paper to make a magazine version?
  13. Once you've bled it with water, you NEVER go back. It's so much more responsive and smooth.
  14. Nice vid matey! Can't comment on the music as I'm in college with no speakers. That bike is the nicest stock I've ever ridden, I might have to get one if I ever get bored of little wheels.
  15. So the Maher bird has actually gone now, looks sweet out there Joe. Lets have a full photoshoot of the apartment when your all set up though. If it's anything like your old bedroom I wanna see!
  16. I have to agree with Jon here, he really knows his web design.

    Mono Trial

Yeh mine does that, you get used to it after a while. Is the lever travel smooth?
  18. Is that including the bashplate or not?
  19. Cheers for the reminder Rob, I haven't posted off my entry yet, I'll get it done tonight hopefully.
  20. Can't wait to see the Pro, sounds like a real contender if that Rip frame is anything to go by!
  21. It has to be the Try-All H, failing that the Monty TI.

    Filing Rims

Actually, it was 168 holes and 18g. Took about 2 hours/the piss.
  23. No, it's like 3 hours away at least, is it on the same day? I hadn't realised, but I doubt anyone will choose this ride over the DJ ride, as they are quite far away.
  24. Ahreet guys, I've got another guy from Buxton coming.
