Nice vid Danny! You looking like your settling into big wheels now, song was a good choice as well. Shame your ankles done though, we'll miss you at the Sheff ride.
I hardly revised for my GCSEs, just the night before and in the morning and got 11 A-Cs. I'm not super clever, as I failed AS Levels terribly, so they can't be that hard. That was 2 years ago though. Best of luck anyway.
Cheers Jonny. Well I have since proved all that to be bollocks! I thought I had a puncture but it turned out to be the air hissing out from around the rim tape, and a quick true and it hasn't gone bent again yet.
I put a braided hose on my brothers bike recently, it's working brilliantly! So light at the lever and the hose is really strong. Pity it's still a magura.
Looking sweet Josh! I prefer it to when Ryan had it, black rims suit that frame. Can't wait to have a bosh... Did swapping the calipers sort it out OK?
I measured up my 07 maggy Lite, it had a +55mm BB, the 08 disc has a +60mm and it did make a difference, it was pretty small it did feel a bit nicer to ride.
It says quite clearly he doesn't want a specific trials bike, but more of a jump bike. I had a Scott YZ0, which was not bad at all, but the geo was too slack for jumps, park and street, but it came into it's own on 4X.
You could use some super soft pads, like Neco Reds or original compound Zoos with a bit of tar. Or wait for Megapads to come out, everyone who has tried them say they're on a whole new level.
Or Monty TI hubs, which are pretty light and work well. The Try-All H hubs are the lightest and look good, can't comment on the stregnth yet though as I have never heard of any breaking.
They's not BMX tyres, thems Monty front tyres with the knobbles cut off. Using a front rim and tyre on the back is cheating, Tarty Adam agrees with me. It needs to be nicer to ride not shitter for the weight savings to count. These pictures are possibly the gayest thing I have seen in a long while. They look like roadies riding childs bicycles.
Yeh trim alternate blocks of tread off the tyres, I saved 130g in total and I'm certain it grips better in mud and on the edges of things. Very nice, I have some interesting ideas.
