I reckon your standing up too tall on the bike, bend your legs more and keep your arms bent.

It's not cost effective, they will make more money if anyone balls up the helicoiling of their frames, as they then have to buy a new frame.

The Monty I had appeared to wear slightly faster than a creepy crawler, but I reckon it gripped slightly better, but I could only really tell on natural.

If it has a hole in it, stick the crank bolt in it, although it probably won't work with that one as it's too long.

Best Way I've found is to bolt the tool in and put on a rachet with a socket, and a big bar. I don't have space around my vice to turn the frame. TopTip: Make sure your turning it the right way, I can never remember which is which.

I drink bottles of Stella on a regular basis, probably around 5+ a week, and it just makes me feel better, like mellows me out and clears my head. I need one now...... According to that website, it must meen I'm an alchoholic!

I'd agree with that! I've had 2, not because one broke, but because I bought a new bike which came with one fitted, and it's one of the best £22 I've ever spent on my bike.

Yeh I agree with that all the way, but I've had 2 pairs of raffle grips and they come off really easy when they get wet.
