Ipod Touch Cases - Soft Silicone Vs Hard Plastic
Muel replied to Laurence--Trials's topic in Chit Chat
Just stop being so retarded? I've dropped my phone once. I was in a club and a drunken hotty barged into me and knocked it out of my hands, it was fine. Got poked by her boobs. Very pert. -

I can't gauge how serious to be in replying to that... Are you OK with this? -
Looks almost identical to the 08 one I had. Was the best mod frame I had ever ridden then so should be pretty good by now.

Evidently not... "Oh sweetiepoos, remind me, when is your next period due? I'm just discussing it with some men you've never met on a forum you've never heard of". My advice, experiment with everything to avoid condoms. They might stop STIs but they're rank. I can't stand them. -
I eat scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast every day.

No experience, but I'd wager that they're better, as every Hope brake I've ever owned has been rubbish. I've had a couple of Magura disc brakes, and they never went wrong. My brother has just swapped the Hope M4 brakes on his dirt jump bike for Magura Louise's, and they're far, far better things.

Them's the best kind of innertubes, the ones with air in them. Tis a fun bike. I went out once on it after I brought it back to Sheffield, I liked jumping down stairs on it. The forks made it rather entertaining.

No, I believe that colour is called "purple".

Injection an option? Girl I used to know used them, once every 3 months she had to go to the doctors, but she had no side effects at all and no periods. 3 months of happy face and sexy time. -
Sweet ride bro. You ridden it much?

This bit is true IMO, personally I don't use shakes, can't stand them. I have my diet sorted so that I can hit 150g of protein a day just from my food. No-one said that? Plus a lot of us do have real experience. Last time I trained properly I went from 158lbs to 192lbs in a year. I don't weight train really any more though, I just climb a lot and do climbing specific stuff mainly aimed at finger stregnth rather than muscle mass. Kev also really knows his stuff (being about 230lbs atm), he just chooses to be fat instead. Again this is a forum, post your advice up for everyone to see so we can get a discussion going.

First thing as always, sort your diet out. Then I'd recommend starting easy with regular cardio sessions and some bodyweight excercises. Depends how fit/healthy you are now. If you've spent the last 3 years sitting down your joints will probably end up rather painful if you start chasing maximum bench press weights straight away.

I love posts like that. They make me feel warm and happy. Just tell me what to do, but leave out all the information. Spot on. I mean, does it matter what kind of body type I am or how long I've been training or what kind of regime I'm aiming for or what I'm eating or anything? Drop sets don't work for me. They just don't, never have and probably never will. What does work for me is eating an insane calorie count (3750-4000), medium weight but 4x10 sets and having a two day routine, and doing it mon/tue and again thur/fri. I haven't met anyone else who says that all that worked for them, but it works for me! I've gained a stone a month doing that before. If you want to post advice, then great, post advice. Don't you say "you need to do drop sets because Damon Watson and Jay Cutler told me to do them and they worked for me".

I've dry tooled indoors, did it to get used to using axes before we went to Scotland this winter. It's a right laugh! Much harder than it looks though. You can have some really impressive falls when an axe pings off a hold.

Do it JD, then one day I'll come down and explore this roof with you if you like. I needs to sample the TF Member's Sleeper Sofa. EDIT: Is it just bouldering or routes too? I ain't travelling literally a million miles for an overhung bouldering wall.

Don't bother trying to do it on the cheap to be honest. My shoes were £90 but have already paid for themselves. Depends how stuck in you want to get! You can hire shoes to try it out from most walls. I tried on some £35 shoes in Decathlon recently for shits and giggles, and I couldn't stand up in them they were so painful, yet they were far baggier than my own shoes. I say hire for now, then if you decide to stick with it, go to a decent shop (not Go Outdoors or Decathlon) and get some help having them fitted properly.

Looking and contemplating is the kinda thing teenagers do IMO mate. Next time a lass comes along who's worth thinking about, you won't have to think about it, because you won't have a choice. Emotions are way too powerful to ignore when someone in that 70% and above bracket comes along IMO. Sometimes they come along before you're looking/ready, other times you can have been ready for months or years and never meet anyone. My Dad was single for 3 years between my Mum and his partner, he met her in tescos and now they've just had twins. You never know what's going to happen! -
Piss is sterile, so will be cleaner than the rest of the water, which is full of chlorine to keep it clean.

Strictly bimble means walking: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/bimble But I hear it being used a lot now for climbing/swimming/cyling. Basically doing it in a leisurely manner for the sake of doing it. I do not like swimming with poos. That's why I went first thng in the morning when I wasdoing it a lot. the water was clean, fresh and cold. Later one it gets warmed up by people and I didn't like it warm.

Stingy eyes/teenage lady parts.
-
Well if you're bimbling, your face never goes in the water, if you're training for front crawl sprinting, your face gonna get wet. Can't keep your eyes shut for an entire race. EDIT: Plus swimming underwater is fun.
-
I used to swim 4/5 times a week and I am very blind. I just took my glasses off. Can't swim without goggles though, just can't be done. Depends though, are you training or going for a bimble w'it missus?

Slow day Jason? Got to fill it with maths to entertain yourself?

The measure of a good bridge isn't strength to weight, it's whether a fat bloke in a big truck can drive over it without getting wet feet.

Sooo, tl;dr = Can't live with them, can't live without them? Been there. My ex cheated so there was never any question of us getting back together in my eyes (she could have at least tried though, bitch...), but for weeks we still got on really well. We've lost touch now though seeing as I got together with her best friend/house mate. Get the impression that she wasn't too happy about that.
