Evening guys, I'm looking for a little bit of help from you audio experts out there. I've recently been given a considerable sum of halfords vouchers and since there is nothing that i need for my bike i thought i'd get a decent setup for my car. I'm looking to spend between £150-200, it has to have an aux input so that i can route my mp3 player into it, other than that the only condition is that it has to be stocked by halfords Now i found this one that i quite like but i don't have the first idea about head units. Kenwood Head unit I figured that the head unit would be the first thing to get then i would go from there so any advice on speakers would be great. I'm not looking for any max power install crap just a decent sound system so that i can crank up my tunes Help! cheers in advance dudes. Edit: sod that just found that head unit on Amazon for 90 squid. Bloody halfords so stupidly overpriced! I'll buy it from there instead if its any good, advice still needed muchly guys! Pete

What happens when the bearings wear and you have to tighten the lockring but can't cause theres a fooking great crank arm in the way? i haven't really read either of the topics so i'm probably either stating the obvious or completly wrong.

From my experiences it gets you very drunk, twice in fact. Try and sober up later with some water and the stuff will hit you again because its kinda crystal like, drink water and it means you reabsorb the stuff thats still sitting in your stomach. thats a pretty crappy explanation but by god is that stuff lethal!

I'm not an "i told you so" kind of guy, but i would never consider keeping any bike worth more than £500 in a shared lock up, even less so a £1000 trials bike. Most uni's will claim bikes in rooms are health and safety risks blah blah but this highlights just how much its the only safe place for any valuable bike. hope you get it back mate, sounds the guys that stole it were pretty damn stupid so theres a good chance, especially with it being so distinctive. to anyone else at uni/ going to uni keep the thing in your room, even if it involves dismantling it and putting it under your bed. once again hope you find it Pete
