  1. Ooooooh... makes me keen to whack my green ones on and test them too!!
  2. seriously think the whole T-uk caution should be stickied. So many riders in the UK still ordering off there without knowing it's probably all just automated messages!!!
  3. I think they are Viz forks by the stickers on the bottom of the legs. Nice bike!!
  4. Have you watched Vincent, Gilles & giacomo coustellier, Kenny Belaey, Dani Comas? They're the best all right foot foward
  5. looks nice! what is the length of the fork legs? They look long... the frame was designed around a 400/35 fork, right?
  6. they're still nice Baladi! I am still riding mine. What surgery did you have? Hope you're ok.
  7. Chris King hub - 6 years, sold, still going Try-all cranks - 2.5 years, sold, still going Hope Mini - 2 years, boxed now Hope Mono Trial (06 silver version) - 2.5 years, still using Magura's - seriously, they just last forever, with minimal maintenance. KMC kool chains - as above Heatsink white pads - lots of material, good wear rate, best overall pad I've used to date Try-all front tyres - as above, best grip
  8. I used Spanish Fly for a few pairs. I found that they were ok in the wet and the power was decent in the dry, had like a light squeal as opposed to the modern, louder pads. But I found that they didn't have much material and didn't really like the feel at the lever. I still have a pair lying around, might chuck em in and try again in modern conditions...
  9. There is some awesome riding there, yeah - Lewis is in brissy. Fair number of riders there too Check out the Australia forum on observedtrials.net, not many Aussies post in here.
  10. Andy, do you stuff in writing?
  11. Australia brings out the best in everyone more UK dudes come over. Shoulda seen Lewis riding in the rain, like it was nothing... Also found us heaps of cool lines to play on!
  12. Ben, "best" is such a subjective word! That was some great riding, some interesting lines (the fence to roofs one, gap up to front wheel hops) and riding does look fun. I have found your videos becoming more interesting as you move away from the whole TGS thing. You're not wrong about natural riding though, hope to see some of that on video soon. bye
  13. How long have you been competing? If not long, this is a common occurance, especially in the early stages. I used to get it all the time. Now its barely ever, just make sure you drink plenty of water, Powerade, etc As Dan mentioned, bananas are a lifesaver and I will back multiple bananas 110%! Stretch your fingers downwards on the bar mid-section (whilst trackstanding against an obstacle). Also try relying less on brakes and less hopping around where possible. Finally, try those hand-grip exercise thingies, they can help your hands get stronger quicker. Worked heaps well for me. Hope this helps
  14. Is it the old silver one, like this?? or the newer black one?
  15. get a photobucket / flickr account?
  16. cheers only had silver Viz in stock next ones will be black most likely!
  17. A year and a half later... still being ridden (as you can tell from the downtube haha) these ones are 2ish months ago
  18. can you use the little 'mushroom' tool thing that goes inside the BB bolt hole?
  19. the new Fox Transition has a smaller profile.. light and worth a look mate
  20. Jack is one of the best riders and best dudes I have met. One of those mates that you will never forget, really haha
