  1. Don't be silly. You can see that is a still image that someone has printed out and filmed with a camcorder.
  2. A bodged frame I made once. I spy with my little eye a trials rider's favourite lunch.
  3. That first night was soooo chilly. That sun lounger cushion was the best 18 euros I ever spent for the next night. If it was warm, I wouldn't want to leave that place!
  4. Awesome trip I've put some photos up here.... http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=160096&id=627248110&l=ee94ee2fe3 I can't wait to go back with my own cars next time!
  5. Most likely yes. You need to be very careful pulling a bodge like this. Kings are made to such high tollerances (more than they need to be really) Like Adam has said, if you really value your king and don't want to risk anything then just leave it alone or send it to Adam for his super service. I only did this because my king is getting old, I don't ride much any more and a lot of people ask if they can make it louder and most don't seem to care if it wears out thier Hub faster. Anyway, have fun it'll be fine.
  6. Make sure you lube the helix spline on the drive shell; that's what makes the hub work.

    Orb.com is better.
  8. Can't wait Been brushing up on my German... In fact, all I know in German is; "Attention, this is the fog alarm". Might be useful if we run into fog on the boat. edit: Gaz can you bring Nick's blower? and Nick, could you bring that pulley?
  9. That's well good. It's like the Asian version of Dirty Tricks and Cunning Stunts.
  10. Ha, I'll be interested in this. I did this for a project years ago at college Pretty easy to do too, normal XC/Mono with 4 equally spaced pawls in the driveshell?
  11. Head on over to http://www.trialstalk.co.uk/ They're all moto boys.
  12. I was getting sick of using free ones with adverts, so I set up my own. Feel free to use it, but use it with respect. Things like youtube won't work because of the flash, but forums, ebay etc. all work. There are no adverts and it's fast. To find the link, press Ctrl A on the following page and you'll see the hidden Proxy link on the left. Oh, and only right click if you dare. http://www.duddell.co.uk
  13. It would be terrible on the road for one set of reasons, and if you took it to the velodrome; it would be terrible there too for a different set of reasons.
  14. I wouldn't waste your money. You never know what you're going to want to do with a lappy, something might come along that requires more power. Just buy a "smaller" normal laptop, say 15" screen or smaller. That way you can actually see what the hell you are typing on the screen, and it's a lot more useful with respect to running programs etc. Then your also guaranteed to get >160gb and def HMDI.
  15. What a pointless bike. That wouldn't be any good on the road. It's designed for a track, so it wouldn't have gears, and wouldn't need brakes.
  16. That kid must have mental problems. Look at some of his other videos... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4J9BlFeJZo...feature=channel Nutjob.
  17. Had one last night about walking down a country road with lots of traffic and for some reason I was really unsteady on my feet. I fell in the road in front of a lorry, tried to get up and out the way but there wasn't enough time so fell back to the floor and lied flat and the lorry went over me with a wheel either side, and I was ok. That was pretty lame but sometimes I have some crazy ones. I seem to have the most mentalist dreams when I'm sharing a bed with my girlfriend for some reason. edit: Has anyone had a dream where you're on your bike and manual-ing everywhere? Myself and a few other riders I know have had that one.
  18. As said, light grey is best. Although I have excellent results with a plain white one. I'll get some pictures up of a film. Another thing to consider, which I found out, is the colour of the room you are in. My cinema is a conservatory and I wanted to watch movies in the day time but the blinds just wern't dark enough, so we blacked them out with thick white card on the windows and all on the roof to blank out the roof lights, so now the room is one massive, dark, but also white room. It's fine being dark, but when you fire up the projector, the light bounces off the screen and then off the white walls of the room and then back to the screen again, so you get a brighter more washed out image. So, paint your walls matt black and have a good screen and you'll be on winner there.
