Nah, Rohloff = heavy and expensive. My tensioner is a mix of parts you see.. An 05 cast (not cnc) surley body so the spring doesn't rip through, with a 5mm allen ally snap off bolt, a spring from a shimano 105 road mech, a metal jockey wheel with sealed bearings and a custom hook to go under the chain to stop it from falling off. So it's lighter and better than a standard surley (Y) THAT is a tensioner.

Well I didn't and then one day my lower back started really hurting and it hurt to walk and stuff. Then one day it went, and I havn't had any pain for about a year. Just warm up good before you ride.
