    Poke it in the black thing with the bolt in it and tension it up against the jockey wheel bar. It'll just pop off everytime you land a gap hard or do a drop though, just like the standard dmr spring (Y) Get a new cast surley.

    You have to run them upside down. If he doesn't even have brake bosses and just has a small hole in the frame where the U brakes are bolted on, then he will need a V plate, which you can get from any decent BMX shop.

    Find an 8mm bit and just drill it bigger. Or use a presta valve if you don't want to drill.

    Strip all the paint off and polish them. Then lacquer them over to stop rust (Y)

    OK... This computer with this ram.. It has a celeron processor, are they ok? I just remember them being in the old win98s..

    Lean your bike against the wall at a 45deg angle with a pedal vertical to the ground.. Put your finger on the bb cup/bb shell and stand on the pedal/crank and see if you can feel where it is 'popping'. You may also be able to see a gap opening up in any grease or grime in that area. May help you locate it a little easier.

    Either your bearings are shot, happened with 2 bbs for me now, or your cups or frame is egged. Get some plumbing ptfe tape, wipe ALL the grease off the cup threads and inside the shell and wrap the tape round the cup threads starting on the inside working out. Tighten the BB back in and see what it's like. If you dont have ptfe tape, just over fill it with grease.
