Ok, I've banged another o2 sim in and i'm on the menu. "Version - 3.1.3 (7E18)"..... "Modem Firmware - 05.12.01"

Nope . The only option is to slide the bar across to dial an emergency number

But the SIM I have isn't recognised by the phone, so I can't get onto the menu.
