  1. You say you have already made one? Got slated for it? Yet STILL you make another? Im confused! You will always have to wait to be validated. Read the rules, read the guide to validation and stop these useless posts! Just trying to help! lol Rojo
  2. 11 - 20 I am 15 now but will be 16 very soon.
  3. I am 15 now and started two weeks ago so that means started at 15
  4. Nice one, looks good! As said a full length video would be nice to see! In refrence to your engslih it is alot better than some people's on here, so don't worry about it!
  5. Okay sounds like a new hub it is then, i think i will just get a t-master as previously suggested... Unless there is another alternative (for about the same money)? Cheers Rojo
  6. Cheers, i had thought about that... Anyone had any experiences with this set-up? It sounds like what i am after, but i dont know anything about it to be honest. Any help is muchly appreciated! Rojo
  7. Nothing on mine, i like this topic, just feeds my noseyness! lol
  8. Cheers for that, will keep that in mind, im sticking with the v's for just now either way... Lawnmowerman, thanks for the reply. I am looking into it just now. Rojo
  9. I finally got round to it! I baught my first trials bike, it is an '07 Onza T-Pro. I got it for £380 brand new with some pieces thrown in aswell (gloves, new pads etc.) so i think i got myself a bit of a bargain. Plans? It will be remaining as it is for a while atleast but the future plans are to replace the v's with HS33's, unless i am missing something and it is a bad idea? I am on the look out for a set just now, on here and in a few shops round about. I would also appreciate it if anyone could point out any flaws in the bike that I should watch out for or change? I was thinking about putting up some pictures but you all know what it looks like so i decided against it lol. I have only been out on it once (I am studying for exams just now) but already i love it, and compared to my mountain bike it feels so much nicer for learning at the stage i am. Oh if this seems like a pointless post, sorry, i am quite excited about it all! lol! Rojo
  10. Hey welcome to the forum mate! Nice bike to start on, it is what i am getting. Rojo
  11. Neil really does sum it up very well, if you were to go for a 20" then i think your best bet (unless you are on a big budget) is a t-pro. I don't actually ride yet but i am infact getting a t-pro and i have been looking around for ages and they seem to be the best bike for reasonable money. In relation to buying it off the forum, yes you may save money, however since you are new to it i would suggest riding whatever bike you were going to get. This gives you the feeling of the bike and also lets you find if it is suitable. Your ideal solution would be to find someone on the forum nearby that would let you try the bike before buying it. You could alternatively go to a bike shop that sells the bike you are after and check it out and then buy it from the forum. Hope this helps! Rojo
  12. Hey firstly, welcome along. Keep posting like that and you should be validated relatively soon! (Talking about first bit of post) Secondly well done for covering youself on the wanted part about the xbox and the rc car. It is not actually permitted to say things like that until you have been validated... All i can suggest is read Mike's Guide to Validation and the time in non-members should fly by. Speak soon! Rojo
  13. If you ask me, and i am no doctor but i would say that counts as broken! Holy Cow!! How did you manage that one? I have dented shins after my pedals hit them, i now believe i should have got stitches! OOPS! :$ The best thing about it is they match on each leg (two seperate incidents) lol. Rojo
  14. I cant give you any suggestions on technique, however here is a link to Ryan Leech's "The Art of Trials" tutorial on how to pedal kick. Hope this helps! CLICKY! Rojo
  15. Hey Brienzer. To be honest i think helmets are about as personal as gear comes and that really just has to be a decision you make, i cannot recommend any makes but your local bike shop should point you in the right direction. I would just make sure it is well ventilated and covers the back of your head, this is rather important. In terms of shoes i have always ridden in skate style shoes and i think most people do (but i am ready to be corrected), i currently have emericas and they are super comfy, but lack on the grip side... However i do know quite a few people have sugested nike's 6.0 shoe. I hope that helps, if not sorry you will have to wait for someone else. Lol. Rojo
  16. Yeah, cheers will be getting some anyway, probably just for the MTB just now... Do you know if the change the feel of the bike? For example less responsive? Any feedback on this would be much appreciated. Thanks Rojo
  17. Ah well, i will be buying some so i will let you know how it goes. Hours of mindless wandering round that shop has to pay off sometime then i suppose . Yeah, cheers Scopse, will try them anyway.
  18. You really have got of lightly with that number, it was not unheard of me getting 2/3 in a week. lol. But DH tubes really seem to be the best thing to help reduce them. Hope it helps. Rojo
  19. I was made aware (some time ago) of some linings for between the inner tube and the inside of the tyre wall. I have seen kevlar strips and variety of other options. Basically i was just wondering if anyone had any experience of these? Or if i am missing something fundamentally wrong with them. A few examples incase you do not know what i am raving on about. Clicky! Cheers, Rojo
  20. I am in Edinburgh, although i haven't actually baught my first trials bike yet... but it is a plan in motion! You stay in the city or outisde? Either way Bristo Sq sometimes has a few people riding there... i remember seeing them when i used to skate around there. I am just keeping an eye out in the rides topic and i might sneak along and watch one before i introduce myself. lol. Hope to see you about! Rojo
  21. I would have to suggest this one! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Pyi9podIF_c Love this style of riding! This is one of the reasons a got so determined to get into trials! lol Other ones that were posted earlier are nice!
  22. Hey, welcome to the forum... videos look great! Congratulations on the competition places aswell. Rojo
  23. Well i know a few people with these and they definately suit some people better than others. I think when they work, they look wicked but if you dont suit it you look like a bit of a twat. Haha. But anyway go for it because they will heal over or as Tommy said you can always buy a new ear! Get pics up if you do!
  24. Awesome video, love the wall rides. Incredibley smooth riding!
