I used to use zoo pads on a smooth rim which was strong enough, but if i wanted some serious stopping power then added the monty brake spray, makes it loud as hell though. deffinately worth a go mate

I have an adamant a1 frame that i bought second hand a few months ago and im wanting to change the tensioner but have just realised that the hanger has been modified for the tensioner at the moment so im needing a new one, but i have no idea what size/tpye im needing Im pretty sure it's the adamant frame from 2 years ago or so, it hasn't got the ridiculously high bb if that helps anyway? thanks

Deffinately just what other people have said, Start off by getting your balance sorted by doing trackstands. Then move onto backhopping, try do 10 then 20 then 30 so on. After you have got the hang of backhops you will realise from there the next thing you can start to do is gaps, start off doing them onto kerbs etc just until you get the hang of it. Good luck

preload is when you are just about to do it so you lean down towards the back wheel so you can spring up more, like in the first picture of benito and yes you pedal when your doing it a little
