I'm loving dual disc atm Never really got on with Maggies. Discs still have drawbacks (spesh since i've got bigguns) but all in all they're really good!

Yoga/ Pilates kinda things. We had to do it in the squad for balance and stuff, worked brilliantly!

Currently using DMR V12 mags, and they've got a bit of play in them, so i'll get some V8s soon Can't stand caged pedals, pretty grippy but seem to just fall apart!

I had one of the first try-all frewheels on my tensiles, was a fairly snug fit, but in a nice way. Still going actually From having a look yesterday, it seemed reet. Just keep riding chubbs.
