Are either of the pads touching the rotor? (ie, if you spin the wheel does it slow down quickly or just spin freely on the hub bearings?) My Hope squeals when it's cold, works fine though so i'm not particularly fussed!

Taken me a hell of a long time to get them consistently, I took a little hiatus from riding last year, spent every ride since last October pracising them and i'm only just getting to the stage where I can manual consistently. They're hard work, but worth it.
