the groins are ok same as most other beaches. The head it self is good for a bit of an explore but you will get a MASSIVE FINE if you are caught so i tend to stay away from there.
Fantastic!
Was a Hard trance disc jockey back in the day and am just finding my feet with dub step. This is a great little mix for me to understand how to mix it. Never heard of dub step till last month. WHERE HAVE I BEEN?
May have to take a trip down town for that night.
Do It!
I started riding trials 2 and a half years ago and starting comps this year sped my learning progress up quite considerably.
There are often local street rides around Dorset too, these are good for getting to know other riders in your area. I'm from Bearcross so Poole or Sandbanks are regular training grounds for me.
Being christmas time, and being busy, i'm missing out on the Reading ride. So as to get a bit of riding in i'm heading down Sandbanks for around 8 tomo morning, anyone fancy it come along. If you don't, have a good new year.
I don't get to ride often and i use kona gloves with tryall foam grips. When i go for a hard ride i end up after around 3 hours with aching fingers and sore thumbs, is there any thing i can do to prevent this or treat quickly after. Or do i just hit it hard again as soon as they are healed and repeat till hands are durable for the task in hand?
