not quite sure yet. Around 15quid, but have to do the bits at work as i'm in a block of flats and have no where to do it. So i can't give a date when i'll have one finished. What would be the colour you want? White, Red Or Black? Can't do a Carbon weave finish as have no clear gel.

hello there. I made the Carbon seat for Tom as a proto type. It snapped as i didn't use a Clear Gel coat for strength and didn't get the perfect finish. Also Tom was giving the bike a "diet" so weight had to be dropped on the seat as well. Managed to get the seat to 42.2g, almost 14g lighter than the plastic one! But yes it snapped! The one i use has 2 layers of gel coat and 1 layer of carbon and weighs in at 61g, 5g heavier but stronger. The mould i made is breaking up a little and a new one will be made when i get the time at work to do it. I will post a thread up when i have a finished product that i'm 100% happy with. Hope this is useful in future to anyone.

so long as bike works, i'll be riding. If not, so long as legs work, i'll be there! Gonna be a sad moment when finally have to say goodbye to the club and all that comes with it. everyone will have to make effort to meet up 4some street rides next year me thinks. -

i've been picked in a raffle to go to watch Bournemouth play on saturday, just got the daggers when i said to the missus that i'd be riding on sunday as well. But if i arrange something for the following weekend for me and her to do i can still come. Any suggestions as i'm really crap at thinking of activities for me and her? T

have made a Black replica seat for my Ashton Justice Resolve out of 1 layer of carbon fibre, and it's still 10g heavier than the white plastic one! Grrrr

aaahhh oh no that extra 10 grams :( that shouldnt make a difference mate, how about no seat at all? LOL

i understand it's not alot, but as i'm trying to produce a better quality seat than the one it comes with i want it to be lighter as well. I could never bring myself to remove the seat completely.
