light bolts are legal yes...... but they arnt cheap! they are legal when you use them on the far edges of the plate, and you need one at each end to light the whole plate. but yes, it is a legal requirement to have the plate lit.

you gotta be realistic mate....... this guy may well have made your life hell for the past year, but you CANT go round cutting his balls off.... thats just not f**king funny. on the otherhand. i dont see a problem with leaving him with a reminder thats visible to all...... if it were me, and i was as serious as you appear to be, id take his teeth out....... beat him about a bit, until hes had enough, the carefully smash out a few teeth good job done i think.

no, its a 20'' trials bike im afraid...... it does however look like either an updated version of the Brisa B20, or a BT mod, which im guessing is what it is, seeing as pat posted it and Rav has a lot to say about it

ill have to agree with that one there oli.... the toyos ove got on my a3 arnt nearly as good in the wet as the eagle F1's my dad has, or the michelin pilot sports my mum has........ the toyos rule in the dry, and are not bad in the wet, provided you 'understand' them well, and drive accordingly, assuming understeer. ive gotta say steve-im really surprised you go for budget tyres! budget on everything else by all means, but tyres are really not something you ever want to skimp on. its not so much about you driving at silly speeds.... but what iv your going round a corner in the dry, that your familiar with, and theres a water spill across the road? or a patch of oil? its times like that that you need REALLY good tyres, you can still drive fast on budget tyres, as you know how much tehy can handle.... its the situations you DONT expect that require the best rubber! for that reason there are better tyres on my mums car than on either mine or my dads, despite her car being slower, and her driving slower than either of us. she also has uprated brake discs and pads for the same reason! its just saftey. oli- those rainsports actually look VERY nice, whats the wear rate like on them? its a lovely tread pattern! but your 6'3'' man how are you ever going to fit comfortably? and what about the irrating offset pedals for people with small gay feet? tehy do handle well, but theyre not laid out well inside AT ALL. yoyoyo: i used to be able to fit TWO stock bikes on the back seat of my mini, WITH a ful set of cobra monaco buckets seats in place...... just whip the bar n stem off, and both wheels, and its easy! really not that big a deal at all to be honest! and with two people and two bikes it still flew! my GOD i miss my mini at times meh. audi is fast, quiet, and fits 3 bikes and 4 people all at once get get an audi as a first car theyre silly expensive!

noone else has pointed out that he has no front brake!!!! nutter. nice forks

corsas are actually really good! its just the awfull steering rack that puts me off, and ruins what could be an otherwise rewarding driving experience. in an attempt to make the car city friendly, without fitting power steering, the steering is geared VERY low, so its easy to turn when static for parking, but takes about 9 turns to go from lock to lock! which means simple 90degree turns around town involve a massive movement of the wheel. if you do go for a corsa, i would reccomend the 1.2 8 valve version over the 1.0 12v, as the 1.0 is a 3 pot motor, and seems quite rough compared to the 4pot 1.2. the 1.2 seems like a more refined engine

sadly its not possible to get a quick car thats cheap to insure at all. they are ALL slow, just to various degrees. choose cheap and slow, or fast and expensive..... as for quickER cheap run arounds, the ford ka is pretty nippy for what it is, a mini 1000 is the time honoured classic, and handles incredibly as we all know, and is more fun per £1 than anything on the road. a 106/saxo (basicly the same car) does the job ok, but to be honest are poorll designed and poorly made. of course, if your 5ft4 and have legs which are strangely offset to one side, and wear size 4 shoes, it could be right up your street.... otherwise dont bother. if you want something that will last, and take abuse, look at small VW's, such as polos, older ones are solid and cheap to buy, later ones are pretty modern, and equally as solid, and they all go on forever. fiesta's tend to not be too bad really, i know its a cheap ford, but id take one over a french small hatch anyday, theyre not massively interesting, but theyre made well enough and seem to drive alright. then theres always the 1.2 corsa..... a really good little car ruined by the worlds most annoying steering rack..... meh. theres so much out there. insurance wise, anything over a 1.3 will probably sting on insurance.
