  1. Then you need bigger bars or a longer steerer tube.
  2. I thought that too lol.
  3. Probably around an inch higher but the trialtech has more upsweep and backsweep. I prefer the Da bombs.

I thought it was a great fight, but yeah it was a bit of a skill stalemate. 2nd fight was a bit more decisive

Pretty much, but there was no real conditioning/fitness back then, apart from Vitor it was nowhere near todays level (he obviously had some help, no one looks like that at 19) People weren't well rounded, the Gracies (Brazilian Jiu jitsu) couldn't really strike for shit, and a lot of strikers had no ground game, the wrestlers couldn't do much unless they got on top of you. Everyone has a bit of everything these days. Look up some of Vitor Belforts old ufc fights.

Machida HAS moved to middleweight He's fighting Tim Kennedy on November 6th.
  7. Stack up with spacers 5mm at a time, start from the bottom & work up. I set it so that it pulls up easily but doesn't make the back wheel stuff too hard, if it's too high I find it's actually harder to pull up, there's an optimum hand/foot distance for any bike or rider, find it. Luckily my perfect spot is right at the end of the steerer tube. I've got big Da Bomb Tactic risers, but if I put Trialtech hi rise bars on then it's not quite high enough, there's a fine line.

Depends how you want it to feel, your height etc. For me the Trialtech bars are too low on my 24", but fine on my 26". All Trialtech stems are 31.8mm.

Seems fine to me, it's just a camera on a blokes shoulder.

Not really no, obviously HD it if it's an option but mine seem ok. Watch Wanderlei Silva vs Brian Stann if you can find a decent recording. Modern classic.

Yeah Shogun was the best, I've got the 2005 Pride MW GP on dvd where he murdered everyone. So I almost cried when Chael submitted Shogun the other week. He's better than that. I watched the Edgar vs Maynard fights yeah, I just can't like Edgar, don't know why, I was hoping Maynard would win but meh! Good fights anyway. Yeah Fedor vs Rogers was epic, especially being his Strikeforce debut/ expectations/ what happened etc, he never disappoints. Couture vs Noguiera is brilliant too, whole fight was a highlight reel.

Trialtech won't be any higher than the onza bars you have, although anything's an improvement over bars that weigh 670g.... Da bomb Tactics are great & quite a bit higher.

One of the best fights ever.
  15. Cheers, yeah I was thinking it'll probably have to be that, my grips are broken though so I'll have to do something about that.
  16. Got a used one cheap but I've realised some total bellend has put the top hat spacers on backwards, so I can't prise them off with a screwdriver as the flange bit now takes up that space inside. Is there any way I can get them off (can't fit it if I don't) without making them look like crap? There's no rush, this doesn't need to be done any time soon, ta.
  17. Was this filmed over a long time? Looks like you improved a lot from the start to finish.
  18. You mean with the upsweep going upwards?
  19. FamilyBiker....please sit this one out! lol.
  20. A mate of mine ordered one and put his first requests in about 2 weeks ago, and I think it was finished & went in for heat treating just before the weekend. I wouldn't take the "March 2013" waiting time as the standard, he took on way too much work while waiting for all the new tubes to turn up, we all know that. He has plenty of tubes to go around now & no backlog of orders so it shouldn't be a problem. Quality wise, my welds are great and I really can't faulty either frame, people have even commented after seeing it in person that the welding is definitely neater than other custom frames. I had my old one for over 2 year and I absolutely hammered that, I treated it very badly & someone else is still riding it today 3 years after it was made, that was just an old model, not one of the new ones with heat treating. My geo is pretty spot on, rear ends both came up 1mm shorter. The main thing is I know these frames will still be going strong in 2 years time. Delivery time.....Mine both came express in about 9 days. I wouldn't know about economy but that's out of his hands, if it says 3-4 weeks delivery then I'd allow 28 days

That's mental! I thought you just used some fancy effects program!
  22. Well played, but there is no way they are 30mm offset.

    Super smooth, I like it!
  24. Yes. The forks are way straighter than anything else out there, less offset = lower balance point = easier front wheel fun.
