  1. £200 - £300. 4 frames (1 24", 3 26") 18-19
  2. You could make a spoke tensioner to take up any extra slack in the chain when the wheel is far out as it will go with the pads still in line with the rim.
  3. I had my yellows on a dead grind on my 24" bike before I got a new wheel and I was super impressed with them. I found that they held better then on smooth rim but weren't as bitey as they were on a grind so it made it abit more manual friendly. So as it says you ride 24" and if mauals and such are your thing I recommend you try them on your dead grind first.
  4. Phone them up or email them and ask.
  5. Do you know if the person you told me on messenger to email read the one i sent him yet. As it will solve your carbon background resizing to the screen issue for those of us who don't have the screen res' the background image was made for.

    Tractor Tyres

Try asking a farmer or a tractor machanic if they have any old unusable ones lying around. I asked a tractor machanic if he had one I could have and he was more than happy to give me one as he said they are a pain in the ass to get rid of.
  7. I found that they worked best on a light grind.
  8. I use lock-ons. Never liked foam grips or bartape and they are easier to take on and off then normal rubber grips and they lock-on which is also good. Don't slip when they get wet and such. At the moment I am using ODI ruffians and they are by far my favourite so far. Lasted nearly 2 years so far and they still have loads of life left.
  9. There is a blue orange 5 at my local bike shop and every time I go there I have a Waynes World ' It will be mine ' moment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bw4uj_ZPHvY Love it. looks good it green too.
  10. Could it being too tight be a possibility? Or could It be the new chain bedding into the old sprockets? That's the only things I can think of that hasn't already been mensioned.

    Bar Tape?

A few of my mates run it. I have never liked the stuff though as I have quite big hands and find it abit too thin.
  12. I ride stock mainly (but not recently as I hate my 26" now I got a new frame) and got a 24" to make thing abit for fun and too open my eyes to a different style and abit more variety of riding. Not because of Danny Mac. I got my 24" bike about a year or so before that video .

    Gearing

It will be a tiny bit harder to pedal.
  14. I don't think you can. I think everything is different sizes except the bearings. So you might aswell buy a pro 2 trials and sell your normal pro 2.
  15. Nitromors will only take paint off. It won't strip anodised stuff. You will need something else to strip your rim but I can't remember what it is called. There have been threads about it before so you could probably find what i'm on about with a quick search. Or someone else may tell you first... EDIT: I just did a quick search for you and it's caustic soda you will need. But read the instructions well, do some research on it and be very carefull with it if you choose to di it as I also read that It's really nasty stuff.
  16. Looks good. Very clean and simple. The header lets it down a tad in my opinion. But apart from that it's a good start. Did you do it all yourself?

    Born 26" Bike

Looks great! but the green is not my cup of tea.
  18. I thought it was the other way round. Isn't if you had the freewheel on the back , It would turn a bit more than a full turn for ever full turn rotation of the cranks.... Effectivlley giving you more engagement points. Or am I mistaken?
  19. what both together? You could but why would you want too?
  20. Does it rub in one or two places or does it rub all the way round? If it's only one or two times, it might be a buckle in the wheel or the tyre might not be seated on the rim properly.
  21. Same. Put a gusset pivitol on it! Looks super sweet though.
