  1. Good pictures and great riding, i like the 5th one as it looks like a bit of you bike has sunk lol
  2. I vote trialtech The onza ones i have used died rather quickly.
  3. I don't think so, should get new sherco in stead if the evo though like me
  4. I rode with the open bearing trialtech hub for quite a while with no problems. It was a bit tedeous having to keep the cones at the right point though. If you are on a budget though it is ideal however given the chance i would ride with sealed bearings. Get the trialtech and save some more money ready for your evo!!!!
  5. Thats more like what I wanted to hear How do you find the magura for comps or was disc better?
  6. I would love to run dual disc however I think that I will be too paranoid and I can't afford the disc etc to be honest. I think I am going to be buying a new frame at christmas time and leading up to it will be buying the necessary parts to complete it while also transferring some from the stock. So if the right parts show up i'll try go dual disc as what frame i get will depend on what parts I have by then. What are the disadvantages of having the longer wheelbase for competition? Is it just manouverability? Thanks for the comments so far.
  7. Been looking recently into building a second mod bike to compete on and really like the look of the rockman frames. After my koxx xtp2 I love high bb on a mod but have never tried anything long so how will it suit comp riding. Of the two I was now thinking of purchasing the maladie as the expense and risk of running disc doesn't attract me. How do people find maguras for competition? Or are dual disc really that much better? Also anybody got any reviews/pics of their rockman bikes they would like to share? Please discuss
  8. Seems good to me, perhaps get a bb7 or mono trial instead of the louise though

  11. 107.69 England. I think i deserve a set after being just .01 of a gram out in each of the last competitions
  12. Oh I wish I could afford a new one (I wonder how much I would get for my stock secretly I think in my mind) You may be recieving a few phonecalls regarding it at christmas
  13. I love this idea, I check it nearly every day. I think you nust have copied our idea as all we do at dinner is play pool Any chance you have some more pics of the aurem bikes? Need to get some more ideas for what mine will look like.
  14. Looks like a great build very nice.
  15. Sweet vid, now sell me a frame cheap
  16. Is the GU from tarty? Where they recently made a little and large? They bith look very nice. Oh and no selling in MNC!!!
  17. So you are no longer selling it?
  18. Looks lovely. Are you still selling the frame? And because you are using it does it mean it will be cheaper?
  19. I adore it, I want one so much!!!
  20. Totally disagree, I think they are awesome.
  21. Follow these steps in this order... 1. Give the brake a fresh bleed, preferably a bath/bucket bleed (check out the wiki if unsure) 2. What frame are you using? Even with a built in booster some can flex a lot, so check for that and if so get yourself an appropriate booster. 3. Get some TNNs as said earlier and whack em on a fresh grind (check out the wiki if unsure) itis easy to do and if you don't have a grinder theres surely your aunts, cousins, friend bob's, dogs, vet's son who will have one? Or you can pick one up for just over a tenner. That is what I would do if my brake was spongey
