  1. How exactly has it broken? When I had an old t-mag I drilled the two threads so they were bigger and ran bolts through them and they were fine.
  2. Thanks for the help so far, although weirdoku, your first post i am cofused by because you said get a large but you said it would be better to get a tight fitting helmet? Do you know how big your head is? As for colour I was going to go for a simple matt black. Do you know what size head you are, borat/jack??
  3. I think they both look lush although I agree that the colour of white is being over done a bit now. I don't know why but I think thet would look rather cool will all black components except red rims I can't wait to see the day if ever I could afford a custom bike from you guys!
  4. I think I am going to treat myslef to a new helmet soon seen as the one I like seems to be in the sale on crc... http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=30316 Now the thing is i am not sure what size to choose, my head measures just ever so slightly over 58cm so which would be best medium or large? Do helmets bed in i.e. expand when they are worn a few times? What do you think is best, a tight fitting helmet or a loose fitting? Anybody have any weird knowledge about this or any helmet which might help? Thanks
  5. At first I was like wtf? I aint done no video recently, then I realised haha. The video was great, really well put together I loved it. I'll try and get my ass down to millhouses one of the days and bring my bike. Should be good!
  6. I myself ride a koxx xtp2, for me I absolutely love it. Although I think your choice should be made on what style of riding you are wanting to do. I myself like riding natural with some street too but the Ko is suited for more tgs moves.
  7. There is a few on ebay I noticed the other night like this one... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-Base-Bike-Ta-26-...alenotsupported And this one... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/base-bikes-TA26-jump...alenotsupported
  8. Seems solid as rock to me and I can't find 5 cracks, maybe 4. Been riding out today on it at the wharncliffe weekender with James Dabill and Michael Brown (moto-trials world champ guys), a great day! Hopefully seen as after five months of waiting for my broken wrist and the holidays I will get a nice vid done on it.
  9. What do you mean the brakes? They were fine when I got it.
  10. To be honest I aint so bothered about how big I go cause I aint all that good but it is always nice to get that bit bigger then before but things you measure can be effected by all sorts of things.
  11. Doesnt look too bad although you should just leave the rims to be an odd/different colour rather than making other bits the same. So I think you should strip back the brake mounts, pedal cages etc.
  12. No Yes Anybody got any good methods for weighing it lol?
  13. My bike for you newbies...

    Any Better, Tf?

Yeh that was better, and a big improvement on any riding you have done in previous videos. Now like said above keep it nice and simple, don't go over the top!

    Liam Minter. :)

Was there any need for that? Now the lad riding is really good, considering his age! Keep it up lad!
  19. It is not funny and is unfair on the poor lad. Anyone could find a video they have digged up from their records and say WWWWAAAAAAYYYYY he is WEEEEEELLLLLLLLLL CRRRRAAAAAPPPP!!!!!!! Anyway just shows he has improved from then.
  20. Well I have just seen the pics of your bike and it looks like it needs cutting, now what you want to do is play around with the stackers to find what height suits you the most, then when you are comfortable just cut them at that length! Edit: too late
  21. I have noticed that when I got my first bike I ran really cheap tubes and they would pop all the time, however now in front and rear I have heavy duty type ones(cheng shin) which are much fatter and have not had a puncture since well I can't remember, but it was before christmas. Even though I ride harder etc now.
  22. The video, riding and well everything was great! You look really comfortable on that bike. I was in vancouver last year for a month, mainly to see the whales for my sister and to see a friend, it is an amazing place and I recognised the odd area from the video, some of which while I was there I thought god I wish I had my bike. I was really dissapointed when I walked into one of the many bike shops to find that there was nothing to do with trials within a large distance but obviously there is. What is it like as for the trials society over there?
