Thought it was only polite to reply after badgering you before! It's a little odd for me watching comp footage of Andrei. As someone who rides with him pretty regularly I know full well his riding style and capabilities, but I can instantly see a little discomfort in his riding when at a comp. Would be very interesting to see where he'd be in world standings if he were able to loose that - guess that's comp riding all over though

Pretty sure the Breath uses an internal / semi-integrated / Zerostack headset (all the same thing). Cups still push into the frame, but the frame is over sized to allow it to sit within the headtube. Bearings then drop into that cup http://huckit.net/pub/headsets.jpg The Sky frames use a wired mix of fully integrated & semi integrated headset. The top bearing drops straight into the frame to sit against a machined race (integrated), while the bottom bearing fits into a semi-integrated cup
