90% of chain tools are designed for 3/32 chains or thinner.
In most cases you need specific chains tools for 1/8th BMX/Track chains - if that is what you are running.
If you are running a 1/8th chain (like a KMC KOOL) then you're best off switching over to the Z610 HX chains
Carthy is a complete monster. He was going through the Try-All alloy forks in little over 2 weeks and ripping Rockman forks apart in a couple of months.
Having ridden with Carthy throughout this years nationals you really get an idea for how much stress he puts through his bike.
The 4th round was the first time i'd seen him with the carbons and and they are still going now from what i hear.
I'd have no worries riding a set
If thats the picture of him mid sidehop behind a rock at Koxx days, then they weren't Karbons.
They were a pair of the Try-All Forxx in silver, a fair few pairs of them were snapping off at the stem (oddly, only the silver ones )
Pretty sure thats incorrect.
Didn't bloke behind ZHI used to work for Deng (ECHO) and then left taking a shit load of business contacts and info etc to start up ZHI.
The Rockmans are the same as the old Try-Alls
I cracked a pair of the Rockmans just off from one of the arms in little over 8weeks
The new Try-Alls have reinforcing/beefed up bits on the arms, this has made them a lot stronger
I've been running my Try-alls now, without fault since May
