Applied for Bristol, then saw its the night before the Bracken Rocks national, so now applied for Manchester!

I love Matthias Dandois' riding, been watching him for a couple of years now and he always blows my mind with his style

Dont get a car. If metal is anything other than bone dry its like ice to ride on. As previously said, if there is that sorta cash going into this thing, sort out some concrete pipes and some decent logs etc. Far better, more versatile, with some chicken wire wood is alrite in the wet

Unfortunately i'm riding elsewhere tomorrow. But are you down this way alot or is this just a one off?

I've only had a go on one. That was Ross McD's Because Simple It felt like a pile, but it was set up so badly i couldnt really get a feel for the frame. A friend from down this way has just bought an Echo 24" and he seems to be loving it.

+1 I did that, then when i got round to actually weighing it it came out a good couple of 100g heavier that the 'quote' id calculated. The only reliable way to weigh a bike is get a propper bike scale and hang it up. Don't faff around standing on scales twice, its really not that accurate either. My stock is currently 8.66Kg and can easily save another 2-300g
