I had a similar account a while back.
Was riding in town when some random bloke (about 50-60yrs old) stopped me claiming he was putting me under citizens arrest and taking me to the police station.
Luckily, after only going over the necessary grounds for citizens arrest earlier that day at college i openned a can of leagl jargon on his ass and he walked off muttering under his breath, thouroughly pissed off he just got owned by a 19yr old 'scally' jumping around on a push bike. ha

I can't imagine there's much primary evidence to back this up.
My sister nearly drowned a couple years back at Croyde beach in north Devon. They were having a beach party and decided it would be a good idea to go swimming, despite the savage rip-tides that exhist there.
Got swept out about a kilometer and after 45mins swimming was completly knckerd and suddenly knew she was going to die so started swallowing water to speed up the process.
she said, you get an overwhelming sence of calm, peace and well-being.
Its only because one of the guys at the party was a competition sea swimmer, who swam out to save her that shes alive.

Westbay and Portland Bill, such nice spots to ride.
Portland has some of the best natural on offer in the UK, while Westbay has a great mix of natty and street.
In the summer, theres nowhere else id rather ride

Hammerschmidt though...
Thats what i was thinking, i know its rediculously expensive. But i does offer a bit of variation to possible moves, let alone the fact you could actually cycle a distance without taking hours

Phatmike had one for quite a while a couple of years back and he seamed to get on with it really well.
Check out some of his older vids, particularly the bristol vid with him and matt burrows.

Now they're UCI comp legal, and a few big players have said they're planning moves into the 24" market...
Does this mean Koxx, which could theoretically prompt a Try-all sticky 24" tyre...
Which would mean that finally after all this time there could be a decent punc. resistant, grippy and reasonably weighted 24" tyre... oh i do hope so

That is actual sex on wheels.

Oh another one that every road user can appreciate.

am i the only one who hated those oldschool riders? i know that they are good... but its much more boring to watch lenosky riding trials than damon, neil, or any other tgs style rider.
dont start another tgs vs street or oldschool trials pleas its just my opinion
Its thanks to them that trials has got to where it is today.

NOPE. Its f**king awsome.

Oh and iv never seen so many people fall on their ass, its hilarious.

Dot 4. You don't want it too strong or it could corrode your hoses.

Snow is no time for riding.
Its time to head for the hills with plastic based body boards and make stupid runs complete turns and jumps in the 15" of snow!

Mine is an short, and comes in at +15, 1075, 375

Just ring tarty.

In your opinion who would win in a fight between an angry sheep (with horns) and guinea pig of abnormally large size thus equalling the sheep.
To me is a tough call, the sheep has horns, and the guinea pig has large gnawing teeth, both very formidable weapons in a combat situation.
I await your thoughts.
Thanks, regards and a jolly new year to you all.
Ben
What the f**k ben!?
Im back a kangaroo, which will turn up halfway through and sort 'em both out

Baths is probably my main one, especially in weather like this. Usually I have a shower, but its nice to soak in a hot bath, ipod and usually a can of beer...or does drinking in the bath make me an alcoholic?
nope, id happily add having a cold beer in the bath to the list
edit: or does that just make us both alcoholics..?
-
Took a hot water bottle to bed for the first time in years last night and id forgotten just how awesome they are.
Got me thinking as to what other little simple things in life make you feel good.

When I ran maggie,Tom rankin once told me."you dont need tar, just a beasty grind".
And the man speaks the truth. Seriously, iv ridden with and without tar and nothing compares with a well ground, well set up brake.
The only time i can see tar being useful is if you don't own a grinder and it can take a little time between grinds to get hold of one and refresh your rim.
As for where to get it from, i headed down to my local roofing supplier with some Haribo and they gave me a handfull of marble sized bits for nothing.

If you can locate it on DVD 'New Noise' is an amazing dvd from around 2000.
Its a eauropean DH film and to this day i have never seen a better DH race section than the world champs in that film
It also has a full Nico Voliouz rider section from his heyday, which is mind blowing.
Edit: Hypnosis is another favorite
