  1. Frame was off a friend Chris Hibbard, hardly rode and in great nick. It's nearly there not much more to do, trials is expensive
  2. Yeah echo ones 2014. Great levers, very comfy, all Stan fittings too
  3. Few more bits needed mainly matching rims but bike is built and running lovley. Was worried about the lower bb but can't actually tell a difference between it and my previous sky 2 frame... Whether that's to do with the super light front end now I'm not sure. Very happy with ithttp://s847.photobucket.com/user/mrmad4uk69/media/Mobile%20Uploads/IMAG0636_zpsnoikn2kd.jpg.html
  4. Does anyone know the exact newton's for trial tech carbon bars for the stem bolts and lever bolts and also for the stem clamp onto karbon forks, cheers
  5. Is there anyone here that's purchased this crankset? Really looking for some feedback as I'm close to pushingtthe button on one. Being a big guy kinda worriesme though. How strong is this new design. I can understand it'll be stiff but what about the splines? Would they wear out quicker? How strong would the axle be compared to a good steel isis?
  6. No not yet.... I've checked my account on tarty and in the pending order section my orders there. I don't know if they forgot to send it out
  7. Yeah I put an order for some parts this morning with flipp and I'm supposed to be picking it up from the depot tomorrow morning. I was expecting a call back as flipp said I would need something, a number? I tried calling but just missed there shutting time. I have no idea whether or not to go to the depot in the morning as unsure if it would be there. I haven't had any emails but it's all paid for.. It's just that it means I can ride this weekend that's all. If not then I wouldn't be able to. Cheers mate
  8. Have a question regarding an order and need a reply asap before morning, thanks
  9. Has anyone had or tried the new ones on tarty? Looking for some feedback, cheers
  10. Need to get one back in the cable, any tricks to help get them in easy? I have a vice but no magura blocks and I know what a pain they can be sometimes.
  11. I did count them but I'll double check later tonight
  12. I'll see tonight, my mates took it now . It's rideable but pads are not fully on the rim . I'll try grab a couple tonight We are hoping for some chain stretch so we can pull the wheel back further . It's tryall clamps Brand new kmc 710 chain And 18-15 ratio If we add a link to the chain the wheel is literally on the very end of the drop out and then the brake has the same problem of pads not being on the rim , only reverse so half rim half on tyre . Nothing wrong with the clamps , there almost new and the tryall clamps also have a good degree of up and down adjustment . Weird one but either a half link or some chain stretch seems the only solution at the minute
  13. Think we are going to wait for some chain stretch , then hopefully the pads will sit better up the rim . Cheers for the help though people
  14. What size chains are you using ? 1/18 or 3/32 ? Also have tryall clamps that clamp straight , if I use standard Maggy clamps I could angle the pads up more but they would be a horrible angle and pads would wear funny ....
  15. Already took them off lol , brake clamps have no kite up it down movement there at the max Bloody phone spelling , no more movement in the clamps only half the pads are touching rim
  16. My mates just dropped the frame off to build up all is going well until the chain is fitted . It's either too short so the brakes are below the rim and wheel right pushed forward or too long so the wheel is far back and hanging off the dropout . It's running 18-15ratio with a brand new k710 chain . Is this a half link setup ? Can't find anything specific on tartys about it

    my last video

Cheers mate , the fading was not really planned but help take a little more time up for the video length lol . This video was not what I had planned at all . There were so many drop gaps and and big sidehops and taps to film but never got the chance I'm 31 years old so another bike or not is the question it's possible though

    my last video

was trying to put a decent video together but after i got bored and riding slacked off and finally selling the bike i could not get the big drop gaps or lines filmed i originally wanted in it . its been sat half finished for to long so threw some random clips on the end to finish it rather than it sat doing nothing . bit of the same crap over and over but its a video at the end of the day. wether ill bother with another bike and do anymore i have no idea . here it is , cheers karl
  19. I doubted carbon at first but after trying some I can't complain . Heavy guy at 18 stone and 9 foot gaps to front and they ain't failed . Super stiff . Can't understand why some are packing in and snapping .....
  20. After 17 years of no shin guards it's time to purchase some . My legs are way too hammered to take any more of those . Right legs took a few nasty ones too over the years and looks fooked . Anyone recommend any apart from what tarty has ?
  21. Those little pins are quite nasty . And to be fair I'm right footed and after 17 years of riding my left leg has never been hit .... Until now ! Couldn't be stitched at the hospital as too much skin was missing lol . The nurse did finger it though which was quite a nice bonus
  22. Stupid echo pedals Picture ain't uploaded .... Ill try later
  23. not sure if its a repost but still impressive balance
