If you download a plug-in for msn called stufg-plug then you can make it so that msn opens hotmail in whatever youve made your default browser to be (Y)

I did a mile and a half run in 12mins, yet whilst we were doing it our fitness teacher had a go at me because i was listening to my mp3 player, he called me out and made me do 35 pressups for not doing as he said, so i lost time because of that :'( Although when i listen to my mp3 player i can run alot easier as i dont have to concentrate on my breathing and can usually run to the beat of the music....so i dont see why i couldnt have used it.

Just apply to all of the colleges that interest you, as time goes on you will get more of an idea of what you want to do and will be able to make the decision of what you want to do when the time comes, ive just started college and its great, a much much better enviroment than being in school. I was a bit weary about applying for colleges and stuff when i was in year 11 and they kept going on about it all the time but its nothing to panic about really, im really glad ive left secondary school now.

You've broken your bottom bracket mate.....it will be fine :D I think this topic is fine, its just that if you had just said a bit more about it and stuff like what bike you have, what BB you originally had in there and if you needed any help from us for choosing a new one that is suitable, how it happened etc then it would have been fine, but you sort of came on and just said ive broken my bottom bracket basically.... This isnt a bitch post or anything, its just that you should have tried to give some more info next time and stuff :P

Lie chest down with your arms out just over shoulder width apart, then when youre doing them try to look up and forward rather than looking down to the ground then when you do them the first things to be touching the floor should be your chin and you dont have to rush them either. But it doesnt say which multiple of 9 it chooses, all of the multiple of 9 pictures are the same....so doesnt matter what number you do, you can just play the game look at number 9,18,27 etc on the celeb sheet and know which one it will pick....and the pictures change, each time you play

yes...did you not read the thread? (Y) the pictures 9,18,27,36,45,54,63,72 and 81 are the same. if you do the numbers 10-19 they will = the number 9 on the celeb sheet bit the numbers 20-29=18 30-39=27 40-49=36 50-59=45 60-69=54 70-79=63 80-89=72 90-99=81 not too puzzling :D

isnt it just because the numbers 10-19 = the same number when you work it out which is 9 then the numbers 20-29=18 so that picture will be the same as number 9 etc etc etc.....
