hey all, i still didn't test the metal backing, but i did tried a lots of pads. i tried 4$ pads,5$,10$, and 15 GBP and i find that the cheapest is making less noise and holds better. so i don't feel like buying 30GBP brake pads. i rather save this money for an extra RIM or BB
