That was just because I was throwing it onto the frame and getting it sent. When I was actually using that frame it fit perfect, decent spacers and bolts...

Personal preference. EVERYBODY complains about the angle I have my levers, one guy even loosened them up and moved them on a ride once when he had a go, But it works for me so screw everybody else

Also, you're gonna need a hub with threads either side if you wanna run that AND a sprocket, so you need to go hub shopping anyway.

Got a dremel? If you get a dremel with a tiny little cutting disc, you should be able to cut a slot into it to use a screwdriver you might scratch your booster a little if you're not careful. But it might be a price you have to pay

mole grips or find a torx key (the ones that are like a 6 pointed star) a little bigger than the hole left by the allen key *** it in, hopefully give you enough grip to turn the bolt loose why can't you cut a slot in it?
