  3. bracket? Do you mean your mech hanger? ring tarty and ask them you're measuring your dropouts, where the hub needs to go. by measuring the space where it needs to go, you'll know how big a hub you can use. Makes sense...
  4. 1) You have the frame, go measure it? Although pretty much all stock frames are 135mm so i'm 99% sure it'll fit.... 2) any brake you have the mounts for......
  5. It's been about 3 years since I used it, It was probably the paint it was burning that made the smell as opposed to the actual nitromors, but it absolutely stunk when I used it >.<
  6. Wire wool will be useful in getting paint out of welds and other little fiddly bits Also, do it in a well ventilated area, The stuff stinks and I'm guessing the fumes aren't very good for you either

  14. flatten it off with a fine sanding disc on an angle grinder then finish up with a really fine pad on an orbital sander or something similar perhaps

  16. you might be able to pull it out without taking the whole wheel apart if you take the nipple off it, but if it's too long it might be stuck the thread length on each spokes is roughly the same, so take the nipple of your problem spoke and another random one and measure from where the thread starts, up to the hub end of the spoke
  17. good stuff building a wheel is actually really easy, just sounds like you might have got one long spoke by accident
  18. mate, don't run a seat on that! no point at all As for the loose spoke, take it back out and measure it, might be slightly longer than the others purely by accident
