I'm sure you technically only own half that sprocket as you only own half your bike?

there's nothing wrong with using tar, but don't expect your brake to work in the rain, the best thing you could do is a grind with tar on top, and you won't have to grind so often. it's up to you really, it is a must when using smooth rims really.

yes all the time especially in the thighs which is the most painful of cramps, I even get it while brushing my teeth in the evening after a ride, the best way to prevent cramp is by drinking, lots, I find 3 pints of water helps. also salt can be a contributing factor so maybe some food with high salt content will help. once you have cramp the best thing to do is stretch the muscle and rub the muscle (using a lot of pressure while doing so.) then once the pain has left make sure the muscle is not raised in the air (for limbs). I hope this helps, just stay hydrated and you should be fine.

Hi guys , yesterday i have found that two spokes have snapped by the hub so i'm in need of 2 new ones with or without nipples, i have looked on tarty and it says £10.24 for the quantity of one, i do not understand this as i only need 2 spokes so will i be charged £10.24? , if tarty do not sell in low quantities where can i buy spokes from? the spokes will be for my 20" front wheel which is a echo urban wheel, so echo urban rim & echo urban hub, so do any of you know which length i will need? thanks in advance

I'm surprised about the outcome of my little research, you boys do very well at keeping the prices down, and any extra cost would be made up for buy you costumer service and experience anyhow, i'm impressed -

ah right well i've re installed java and removed old versions , java is working but i still can't see the map on your website ...oh i didn't realise they were better, how are they better just speed ?.....i'm gunna get google chrome now EDIT: just installed google chrome, thanks for the tip, it's a hell of a lot faster...been on your site and the map is now showing up so it may well be a problem with IE...added some spots made a profile etc, so far i'm impressed looks really easy to use and will be very useful!

you've got so much better in this then your last vide, massive gaps and massive gap to fronts, could have done with a replay of the first gap to front as it looked so good yet was over to quick, and the vid was far to short for my liking, loved every second of it. and you can ride on rails so smooth!

I'm using internet explorer, i think it maybe just me not doing certain settings, according to java you go "tools - internet option - enable java" yet there is no enable java for me, i shall try and download/re install java now

I'm in the same position as rich except i can't drive, and probably wouldn't go that far for a couple od days riding, but if i did i'd get to the nearest train station and be stuck there, yet if you got a bus that went back and forth (or within an ordinary bus route (but then again you can't take a bike on a bus) then i could get the train but maybe a bus is a bit to far fetched as you say with the few numbers that ride there :/ and also if i did camp as rich said showers and toilet (but then i'd have to take my tent and food with me on the train wich could be a pain in the arse)......however if i was near essex for a week end maybe i'd go to barrow, yet maybe a map link on there website would be good so i could find it?

HELP

a)tight are warm b )they stop you getting cramp c) they hug your body, unlike normal clothing there for less rubbing and less getting caught on bike d)the hugging makes riding more comfortable e)they're light all these points can improve riding especially in the cold yes as kydd says where shorts, tights are ment to be a base layer or under tights i.e you wear something over the top(shorts) amazing riding though , you've got so much control on the bike! well done
