They rip the graphics off when the tape is removed though

So i got a brand new rockman austin frame and i like the graphics on the side, but im going to be using a carbon downtube protector and on my last frame its always scratched the graphics and finish off. I tried putting selotape across my rockman slates frame but the selotape ripped the graphics off
