I've got an £800 Ride to Work voucher for Evans Cycles, and at the moment torn between 3 different bikes. Just wondered if anyone knows which would be better spec wise. I had an epiphany at the gym last night, I think i've realised how selfish I am. this whole thing has really slapped me across the face like a knowledge kipper. I've seen the Doc this morning to sort our my anger issues, and to try and change my ways I've applied for voluntary work at the Oxford Hospitals. The first step is to improve myself. Went passed the village this morning and saw her walking the dog, it was so hard not stopping and trying to speak with her.

I'm angry with myself. Been with Kay for over 7 years, we've had our ups and downs but by mutual agreement we decided to end the relationship on Thursday. We'd been living with her parents for the passed two years which didn't help things. I thought I wanted a fresh start, but I have realised I've made a massive mistake. Advice I've received so far is to keep away for a few weeks to let her have some space. It sucks, I could have stopped this happening. Picked up all my stuff yesterday, and she's literally not kept anything, as if she's just ripped me out of her life.

Quite the opposite, you'll find more 3 toed bumpkins in Devon. Not sure why you'd go on holiday just to meet the locals?
