  1. Hello, I have two problems with my rear brake set up. To start with, the pad that's on the drive side won't reach the rim even if I press the cylinder all the way in, is this just a case of getting new, thicker pads? Second of all, when I set up by brake pads to be square, when I tighten the top bolt it moves the cylinder so the pad is on an angle again, very annoying. Brake still works and holds me, but it's not square and I guess it could just be better. . . . THANKS!
  2. You aren't getting validated because your grammar is lacking. One way NOT to get validated is to call the forum shit for not validating you!
  3. Ring tartybikes, they'll know. . . .

  6. sweet man, what brakes have you got? mine are just coming together as well!

  7. Hey all! I'm making a booster with my dad this weekend to stop me breaking my back brake again and need to know what size bolts I will need to actually get it attached to the brake. Cheers everyone!
  8. You going to emsworth saturday?

  9. Don't buy royal blood, such a rip off, however if you're loaded feel free But go to a bike shop and get some hydraulic fluid, also used in many car brakes. It's exactly the same as royal blood and even mixes with it, However I bought a litre bottle for £7. The stuff to look for is LHM+ I think. Great stuff!
  10. Really great to hear that you've overcome depression and are back riding again, really inspiring. Looking forward to seeing that video as well!
  11. Sounds sweet mate, he's just as nooby as me :P you got msn?

  12. Well actually I'm going for a ride in emsworth next saturday with my step brother who bmx's. I guess if you're free we could have a little ride then?

  13. oh cool! My name is George and i'm riding a 2007 onza t pro that I got for christmas, I am a massive noob and try to ride every weekend, my dad lives in nutbourne (near emsworth) and every other weekend I ride there. What bike are you riding mate?

  14. Near, I live in waterlooville.

  15. By ancient, do you mean a 2003 model of the hs33? My friend is trying to tell me that after a few months my brake will be completely ruined and unfixible. Is this true?
  16. Do you live in horndean mate?

  17. TARTYBIKES MULTITOOL! Amount of times I wish I had one. . .
  18. Cheers mate, there's no real rush this week as I have school so I won't really ride it all, as it's dark when I get home normally. but yeah I'll put it in the post tomorrow and it will make it's way to you this week.
  19. Yeah and a few people are selling pistons on here for about £4. Okay mineral oil is fine thanks. I'll get round to sending the brake then, how do we send it? I though a vanilla envolope with bubble wrap in it?
  20. Oh cheers mate, that helps a lot. Okay I'll get it sent to you this week if you give me your adress. Do you have royal blood because I'm buying that in a brake service and it would be more convinient if you bled it with the same stuff i'm getting. Cheers again bud.
  21. You do want to grind the rims. It's pretty much standard for any good trials bike.
  22. I think it just happened. It got bad from when I had it. Sorry to guilt you rob
  23. Hey guys, need some help here. My hs33 is definitly leaking from somewhere as there is always fluid on the lever and it get's worse whenever I use it. However I don't know if it's the piston that's leaking or if it's the bolt holding the cable into the lever that isn't done up enough, as it sticks out a bit. My friend said I need a new piston but I didn't show him the bolt as he had gone by the time I discovered it. So do I buy a new piston or not? Cheers PS. it's an 03 lever if you needed to know.
  24. Bit expensive for your first bike to be honest. If you fork out £600 for a bike that you might not even want after a few months. If you have a fair bit of money to spend the onza bird 2010 looks like a good bike to start on and will also be good for quiet a long time to come. Hope it helped.
  25. Did I meet you in waterlooville today? I had a black t pro and was with a bmxer.
