its not just this though is it? People are becoming so scared of getting sued that they go to any lengths to avoid it, a good example is that conker thing from a few years back where the head teacher had to drill all the holes and they had to wear goggles while they play. my list is full and i have no problems? there used to be a conflict between newer MSN versions and the crappy pre-installed xp one. you just have to delete the xp one.

easiest way to make certain elements of a picture black and white is to duplicate your original image onto a layer, make that one b+w (I use channel mixer > monochrome for that but millions of ways) and then delete/brush/mask/wond the areas u dont want. depends how precise you want to be.

A few easy fixes would be, change the naviagtion font and size, something smaller and less "fancy" for want of a better word.... Also sort out the spacing inbetween things and I'd only really use verdana at 10 or 12pt (designed specifically for screen use rather than print) If I were you id look at places like template monster and completly redesign it, bet heh..

Wireless headphones are awful, If you have even half a clue about sound quality you wont get any. I have a pair of technics RP F880's which are resonable, theres not a great deal of depth but then again theyre pretty cheap (£60) so meh. Have a look at the senheiser range, Theyre pretty much top dog - but can be expensive.

ROFL theyre crap! bearly faster than my heavy 100bhp 1.6!!! (n/a) probably felt fast because its a shoebox :/

the noise that "sounds like a turbo when you rev" is due to crap rca leads. Lee stop being cheap and buy a decent headunit with ipod control unit, i happen to know someone selling one
