thats a pain the weather here is spot on, will be a good day tomor and plenty riding to be done. even if there was three of you down. whats happend to every one,seems like everyone have vanished this week. Get yer arse in to gear and get up here lol.

Just in from a 2hour practice and the conditions are getting better and better. No snow on any of the practice areas, there's a breeze and its drying all the rocks off nicely. Come on guys could be the last good day out. Plus I need someone to show me how the hell to gap to front, I get it some times then other times I just crash lol.. Temps are sitting at 5-6 at the moment.

Come on you can do that any time lol. Going to be a good day and prob the last of the year. Come on lads. It's only a short drive for a whole days riding.

Right guys am out at the mound and its more than ridable, all snow is gone and rocks are dryish, plenty grip and lots to play on. Tomorrow is ment to be a good day so get yer vans packed and get up here. Only been out 30mins and am knackerd lol.

morning all, i've woke up to rain this morning (very lite) though which is great news as the tiny bit of snow is going rapid style plus tomorrow is a good day with sunshine so should be ideal for riding, some bits slippy being wet under foot but thats trials for you!! I'm heading out to the mound at lunch time for a ride and will update the thread to give a heads up. rab there is the black water hostel plus, tailrace inn,macdonalds hotel, in the village. fingers crossed lads.

I've been riding for years, practiced with bou back in the day and that still makes my jaw drop!!! wow thats mind blowing skill from bou!! no one will touch him for a long time.

I've had a tiny bit of snow fall today so am going out tomorrow to check it all out and give it a yes or a no for kinlochleven. Its been perfect all week too, bloody typicle!!!. sunday is ment to be a reall nice day aswell so i hope its all clears by tea time tomorrow. roads are perfect aswell.

Its called THE MOUND lol. thats a shame as it really is a mega spot. come the summer when the weather is really good this place is awesome and has lots to offer. Its a mile long.

Hi Ross I've started a thread and it has afew pics that might interest you. Setting out sections is something I've always done as it keeps every one interested and I think it brings riders on. Let me know what you think, really hope the weather hold out.

Morning kev, yeah if the weather hits us then it won't be possible to ride but at the moment its great so fingers crossed the snow stays clear. If it is on yeah take your bike noproblem.

Hi guys. i went out first thing this morning and took afew pictures of the terrain at the (mound) as you can see the weather is cold but there is still alot of serious trials to be done as all the rocks a dry and grippy. This would be a safe option if glasgow is cancelled due to snow. Reall good natural ground with plenty to do. This is only some of the mound there are still 2areas that i didn't take any pics, I'd also say its def good enough for a trials round. also the famous british champ round step is the one with my pal looking a tube in it lol.

ahh right, if the ring on the out side is tight and theres still a tiny bit of play its fine, i had this with my one and it spot on, doesn't do any harm

The ring can come loose so make sure you tighting it before fitting.

If the glasgow ride is cancelled due to snow this Sunday and the weather here in kinlochleven is ok who would be up for some really nice natural trials riding. The British motorcycle trials championships is held here so garrenteed some good riding. It's right in the middle, 2hour from glasgow,Perth,inverness etc so not to far to travel really. I wouldn't use anything but phatphluid now. Once its out on the market I think it will be a big hit!.

For sure water bled feels great and ticks 90% of all boxes but one. There harse on seals, it doesn't stop me using it though but am sure when the new phatphluid comes out it will be very good and not so harsh on seals.

Not out yet guys. ;-). It is good though, be out soon and all I can say is buy it when it does. You'll soon forget about water and mineral oil.

Hi rab how's tricks. If weather stays the way it is theres a part where I was on sat and I had a field day! Loads of stuff for novice to elite plus I have really good marking gear so we could set out sections etc. It's on a shore side beside the sea so the sun gets it most of the time. There's no way you'll get bored, I'll get pictures up so its gives you all a rough idea. Be great if you all could make the journey.
