If glasgow is cancelled which i really hope its not would any one be up for riding pure natural tarrain up in kinlochleven where i hold the british motorcycle championship?? Only if the weathers ok here that is, at the moment it would be ok. cheers garymac

I hope this isn't off aswell!! be gutted, If it is cancelled how about kinlochleven if weathers ok and rideable here. The mound could be the answer at the far end on shore side, plenty to do. All natural riding. If anything least its a days riding.

HOME at last kev took me 7hours from stirling!! roads closed all over the place and a new set of pants as afew hairy moments happend. I'll put my gasser on it no one can get up it!! go on youtube and type in gary mac and i'm on there practising years ago doing the step, if they use same kicker thats there, far to big for a push bike, on the other hand its a good drop off which i think i'll go try soon, so you might hear am in hospital lol. hopefully we get together next week and can sort out a weekend at the mound plus a date for a trial!! cheers

Alrighty kev, very wise move! Am stuck in stirling the now, bloody nightmare with all the snow. I the famous step would stop all riders, its a good wee area that but I prefer all the boulders round the far end of the mound! Could get a whole weekend riding there noproblem. Def going to arrange something and try get as many top riders as possible! There's plenty for all levels plus I have all marking gear so we could mark out sections etc.

I can sure you that no matter how good you are on a push bike it doesn't mean you'll be any good on a motorbike. I know Danny and he's had the odd shot of a bike and its not for him. I have a laugh when people think like that, if only it was true.

Nice one rab, on a nice day this place is unreal! Practiced there all my life and it still Keeps me happy after 18years lol. Would like to get a load of guys up, possibility holding a Scottish champ cycle round here so it would be beneficial for all riders to make the trip.

mmmm well this is the first time i've started to actually try and learn something, been month & half now, been 6years since i had a trials push bike and yes i'm on a stock bike!! I'll get my arse wooped thats for sure, i'm a beginner so i'll be ready to get totaly thrashed. Hope i can manage afew rounds, it would be nice to do something different other than motorcycle trials all the time. managed 41inch side hop onto a 5inch rail last night, not that big but its a start lol. heres a pic of the new custom biuld onza limey 3. i've changed afew parts since this picture.

Hi all how are we, ok I've only just started getting into cycle trials properly so don't know much about trial comps. When are dates out and how do I get a licence and best rounds to go too. Been about fair bit with motor bike British champ and one place I'd def make the effort to travel to is addinham moorside love that place! Any info would be much appreciated! Cheers Garymac

I've always done my own bike work motor and cycle bikes. Love doing the work and to be honest wouldn't trust anyone else. I'm super fussy plus if something does go wrong you can only blame yourself. It'sgood to learn!

Good stuff you'll enjoy the motor bike side of things for sure, lol you remember that trial, well I gave up after that and stuck at the motor bike and now only getting back into it. Alright dunc how's things, kev told me yesterday you are getting a 04 gasser, good lad! You got a deal there then lol. I'll take the gasser down with me then. Wanting to get into the cycle trials. Been up in inverness twice since I started month and half ago. What you on Saturday, I've got afew boys coming down to kinloch sat if you fancy a day out.

So who's all in for this sunday? Should have afew boys coming with me if its on. Bit sure about taking the gasser yet.

hi robin how are you? yeah its been awile, i would love to do afew british or what ever ccle trials there is. be good just to see what its like. i'm not very good at the moment but learning fast!
