Its a right pain, am waiting on afew things from tarty bikes, phatpads etc and usualy always get next day but so far 5days and nothing yet!! snow hits the uk and it all go's tits up but i guess every ones in the same boat so will have to wait. -
Yeah that had danny macs riding in there, very impressive and some real mind blowing riding!!
-
I started of riding mod 2months ago then decided I liked stock better after 2/3 wks so now ride a custom limey3, Sold the master. Think i'll go for the Der kaiser on rear and the trials king for front.
-
Am using tryall rear lite and sticky front, find them really good the only thing I don't like is the front is to thin imo.
-
Spot on Ali thanks, Der kaiser for rear it is then. what conti front tyre is worth getting as I will be on natural 90% of the time. Cheers
-
Hi ali how you doing, yeah i'll be doing afair bit of natural riding but will also be doing the odd day doing street.also what do you think about front tyre. cheers
-
As title, Looking to get conti front and rear tyres but which is best model to get for the rear? Fancy getting the supersonic for front but unsure about rear, the trials queen is nice and lite but does it have a nice feel, with stand pinches ok, whats the grip like?? der kaiser looks a beast which will with stand the odd heavy landing and pinches but the only down fall is the weight. any thoughts would be apprectiated thanks garymac

Hey guys, right at the moment kinlochleven still has snow but rain is due tomorrow and Friday then its ment to dry up which should be perfect for Sunday. Will keep updating. Thanks -
Heys not called steve the show man colley for nothing!! likes the tight lycra lol. Must say though he is still a very good trials rider and was in his day but that vid for his standard was pritty pants.

Try-all croca pads, yellow, blue i found alright but nothing special. Rockman i found good but never really had a bite to it but worked well in the wet. tnn kennys i found at first where awesome in dry and wet but then lost all bite/power plus they hate the cold so now trying phatpads and there simply awesome!!! -10 they still had a really good bite and serious hold can't fault them one bit in any condition. waiting on heatsink pads coming, coust and yellows so will be testing these out to see what there like.

at the minute am using tensile 96 click and so far its been awesome!! not missed, lovely sound and seems solid. Used 2trialtech freewheels and one skipped alot but the other was great so its a hit or a miss really. I now have a echo sl but won't be using that till the 96click gives up which might be some time yet!!
-
Yeah Ali they are easier on the motor bike but still tricky all the Same. didn't do anything for me that vid as its just basic riding really- larking about stuff.

Alright andy the nearest is fortwilliam which is 25mins away. yeah try and get brodie/craig/daz butcher or who ever is up for it. i was up twice last month in inverness with daz and ryan, brodie was out for a bit aswell. be good if you can get a group of you's down. cheers -
Right due to snow this wkend didn't go ahead so maybe try this weeknd coming if anyone is interested. sat or sunday which ever suits best for most people. Its 2hours from glasgow- inverness- stirling etc. Its in a little village called kinlochleven 7miles up the loch from glencoe. The british motorcycle trials round is held here so some big hard tec stuff to be done plus plenty parts for novice also. This would be great to get a day before the newyear but as before it depends on the weather. cheers garymac

The trialtech sport is lite and strong, my mate has it and so far it's been a month and some heavy riding with noprobs. If you have the budget I would get the trialtech sl rim, superlite-strong-good side walls for grinds etc. Been using mine for month with no punctures or any other problems. Big thumbs up from me.
-
Can't be a repost from 2009 as he's on the new 2011 model gasgas. Must be fairly new as the new models just came out 2month ago.
-
7.6 is superlite! I've just built a brandnew custom limey3 and weighs 9:8 kg. What would you class a heavy? Sorry for gate crashing.
-
mmmmm its alright. nice reverse role though. like that.
-
Take it glasgow is cancelled?
-
Hello sir thank you, I've just started cycle trials and enjoying it! Not very good at the moment but I'll get there, only thing holding me back is I have no good riders near me to show me the way so just trying to figure it out at the minute.

Myself and 3 other lads from here will be out at mound tomorrow from 10.30 if anyone wants to make the journey. Davidbarr will also be coming in afternoon. Weathers good for tomorrows riding. Cheers.
