  6. I use the try-all sticky tyres on my stock and think there great!! i use the sticky lite on the rear, only down side is the price, £55. got the tyre package deal at first but the rear tyre really is to heavy, hence why i have the lite now!! grip wise there superb.
  7. Mega guys that's great, I've now bled the brakes with ready mixed coolant and all its good! Brakes are working great with lots of power and quick too! Cheers Garymac
  8. Hi peeps how are we all, Right i've just gave my hs33's a waterbleed and think the feel is amazing so i've been having a think about it etc and was wondering if any one has tried watercoolant?? The reason behind this is for freezing purposes. It gets down to very low temperatures here and i'm worried the brakes freeze so i've been thinking about ready mix coolant, they have anti corrosive properties so its safe for aluminium and rubber! so would this work or has any one tried this. cheers garymac
  9. I've got mod onza master and use trialtech sport rise. brilliant bars and feels good. i also happing to have a brandnew set of white trialtech sport bars forsale if your interested. bought them for my stock bike but ended up using high rise.
  10. Hi bud, i have a brandnew set of trialtech sport bars in white if your interested. cheers.
  11. Hi bud, well its bang on now and feels brilliant!! i've taking the 25mm spacer out and cut down the steerer tube. refitted its with the sport rise trialtech bars which are lower and wasn't so keen on it so put the high rise trialtechs on and its spot on. so nice on the back wheel and lifts up very easy. So i now have a brand new set of trialtech sport rise bars in white forsale. thanks bud. garymac
  12. thanks for the info pal i was needing some one to point thats out, i had it set up so it feels nimble but it reaaly is to high. thumbs up i'll let you know how it go's

  14. One of the locations is in the village where I live, kinlochleven, the famous pipeline. Might even show my face in the vid if I'm lucky! Gasgas!
  15. looking forward to this hope the weather holds out!!! Myself and a possible 2/3 other lads.
  16. been using trialtech magnesium platforms and they seem pritty good and strong plus super smooth running!! added extra is there lite at around 365g or somewhere near. down fall is £55 but i'd say there worth it.
  17. The trials park you are referring about in glasgow is iain shankies place( bob macgregor acadamy) I'm guessing might be wrong. Park is for motorcycle trials mainly but also cycle trials. iains put loads and loads of work into it and its still on going. plenty hand made stuff and natural rocks in there to. would be great to get a summer ride down there once the park is all finished!!!!
  18. I've riding motorcycle trials all my life, and still do it alot!! Ride for johnshirt gasgas uk now but have been with john lampkin beta and malcolm rathmell sport sherco. Love the sport but its a shame theres really no money in motorcycle trials!!!! 18 years of high level trials i've been doing and can honestly say i've made nothing really, 6times scottish champion now and the first ever scot to hold a british trials title winning the british expert A class this year. I do put alot of this down to where i live and being scottish, i just can't find sponsors in my area even with all the titles i hold. never mind i still love it and will carry on to do so for many year, just taking up cycle trials last month after along time away and i think its mega, plan to keep at it and do afew wee road trips, i like the stock better than mod because of the motorcycle back round, feel more confident on the bigs wheels plus the style is closer aswell, ie hitting the front for steps etc. ride for lochaber motorcycle club and also i'm a sacu trials coach if anyones needs some 1to1 or group lessons!! maybe some one can teach me how to ride a pushbike lol. cheers garymac also gave you a vote mate,.
  19. can of worms there!! stocks can be just as lite as mods as i found out. my custom onza master mod with lite weight try-all hubs rims, trialtech stuff all over it all lite weight stuff still weighs more than my custom limey 3 build. i was shocked when i put them on the scales!!! It all depends on the buget you have IMO.
