Yeahh! High five for the Phase! I'm in desperate need of some forks for mine.. They've cracked along the top of the left maggie mount! not lethal but a bit sketchy! I'll probably go for an onza one to be honest.. I'm a cheap skate and I'm not one of those weight weenies!

Damn yeah forgot to mention its ffw.. So a 128 would do yeah? Nice one! I shall get a one of those bought! Cheers maan Joosh

Simply because I'm lazy, and don't want to do the job twice, does anyone know off the top of their head what the standard bottom bracket length is in a Phase 1.2? I need a longer one to fit a bash ring I have, but I don't know what size to buy! If I knew the standard length, then I can buy a new one that's longer than standard... Excuse my waffling but I couldn't think of a shorter way to describe my question! Thanks in advance! Joosh

I wouldn't mind seeing the video if anyone knows where it is?

10 out of 10 for effort though! that's quite a Pringle you've got there!

Fair enough! I just know they can be worth quite a bit! But I didn't post them up to argue the price, it's just how ridiculous they look and how suspicious the ads are! They could well be genuine, but the lack of info on a bike of this "potential" caliber just screams stolen!! Fair enough its been done on a phone or somthing but if it was me, id put in a bit more than a sentence! Just my opinion really.
-
No?? The patriot is for sure!! I've seen them go for over 2 grand for decent ones!! And the stab is quite an expensive bike also, depending on the year of it anyway..
-
What forks are they?? I've never seen anything like them before!! And yeah.. The Superco Silencer uses 2 chains and there are others but not on the same side!! Haha it's crazy!!
-
Rather than start a new thread, this one is being bumped!! Found these all by the same seller!! They're probably worth at least a grand and a half each, despite the horrible stickers.. But, the descriptions are very vague and don't say anything about the bikes. They just caught my eye as being a little strange!! Perhaps stolen... http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/dsus7894/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=25&_trksid=p3686 Joosh

It looks like its straight pull, specially looking at the front wheel.. It just seemed a bit wierd that coming up on the exploded diagram!
-
I'm sorry for, as they say, bringing this thread back from the dead, but I was looking on the Hope website today at work for a new hub shell for my Pro 2 and in the exploded diagram, there was a replacement option which uses straight pull spokes.. So I googled it and this thread came up. I was just wondering has it gone into production as an option to upgrade them to straight pull now? I've seen the Pro 3 uses straight pull spokes but I've never seen the trials hub with them! This is the diagram I'm talking about. http://www.hopetech.com/webtop/modules/_repository/documents/PROIIEvoSS-Trialexploded1.pdf Cheers Joosh

No no it's just the face the inside of the capped nut has stripped so it's making it feel tight when it's really got hold of no threads! A nylock nut always sorts US out!!
-
I work at halfords and I know from experience that the seat clamp nuts are forever stripping the threads on the nut side of the clamp. Just get a nylock nut the same size as the one that came off the bike and tighten it up! No problem! the indi fierce is a canny little bike for how cheap it is!

Ahh right! I can't wait to see this finished! I've seen it done once but it was a long time ago and I only saw one picture of it! Might be worth asking if anyone has the picture still Joosh -

I was gunna say.. What about a lockring? What gearing are you running on the mod to warrant a rear freehub? Joosh -
Cheers guys! I'll have to wait till my parts arrive to build it up but I think I'm just going to get a twin jockey wheel one anyway just to save the mishap of it one day slipping that once! Thanks again!
-
Yeah that's what I had thought!! Thanks for clearing it up for me guys!! all your knowledge clearly surpasses mine!! Joosh
-
No no.. I think I've confused people.. Again! I've bought a wheel with a fixed rear sprocket so that's going on instead of the Hopey! The Pro 2 isn't the trials one unfortunately.. It's just the XC one with half the engagement points! So I'm getting rid of it to go FFW! But I would need a twin wheel tensioner yeah? Joosh
-
I'm changing my Phase to a FFW running the typical 18 front and 15 rear. I'm currently running a single wheel tensioner on the standard 22 18 set up with a pro 2 on the back. Would I need a twin wheel tensioner to run it FFW without it jumping all over the place? Cheers Joosh
