  1. They are coming for us! Oh my god! You alone know the truth Gray. Only you can save us all now.... Go on... Go on without me, you are the chosen one. Take the one true ring, throw it into the fires at Mount Facebook.
  2. What about them? You'd be able to stack them, stop one any time, switch, whatever. I can't see there being any sort of withdrawal problems from it. But I could be wrong.
  3. You'd stop getting as much protein and the effects would stop. That's all. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein (if you didn't know), and BCAA's from what I've read are just particular ones that work well for muscle recovery etc. Like a protein shake but more specific. For anyone interested I got some of that nutri sport 90. I've yet to try it but it was cheap and a lot of it from a local shop. So I'll just deal with how gash it is if I have to.
  4. The Overlord has spoken! Do not waste our time with this trivialness! I feel it's possibly more an advertising thing about not going on amber than it is a real guy putting himself out there.
  5. Cheers Ben, didn't know a lot of that. So I'm doing about 40 mins of interval training, maybe a little more depending on how long I can go for. Then about the same again of weights. I'm doing that 3 times a week, wanting to do more but I dunno if my body can cope with it But I'm trying to lose weight and gain definition, I'm starting to think a low carb high protein mix might be best? Like a 70 30 split? I do try to get it with food, but eggs and tuna are expensive
  6. Wasn't thinking of anything illegal, just basically the best product for the price. I found this bad boy. £40 for 5kg seems pretty insane, especially considering that's pretty much the same price/kg for some whey. Sorry if I'm just questioning what you're saying, but that seems to have a lot of protein/amino acids rocking in there, so just checking If it helps, I just want to build muscle and cut fat, nothing else, I don't want to be enormous, just well built, think athlete more than bodybuilder. I just dunno what to get, there's like 40 things that seem to be almost the same, but do completely different things, some shit rocking out 1000cals per serving and whatever. My mind.
  7. Cool, any advice on any other supplements that would be worth my time? I'm thinking of bashing out 1 or 2 hardcore months at the gym, doing 4-6 times a week and doing things a little more properly. If I can get away with just protein, my purse is gonna be happy.
  8. So are we saying just go for pure protein? Let my diet do the rest?
  9. No Shakers from MyProtein, I was looking at their all in one stuff, that've got a bit of carbs and creatine in them, was thinking about doing half doses as I don't train everyday so the creatine stays in my system and there'd be less waste of days when I don't go the gym or whatever. But I'm not sure if it'd just be easier to get whey protein and keep going as I am. I can't say I really understand this shit at all. I doubt I'll be able to deal with the taste regardless, so it'll just be neck neck neck
  10. Double post of lameness. Best place to buy protein online? I'm not sure what prices are right etc, but looking for cheap quality, not just plain old cheap and nasty.
  11. Stop making me regret doing this shit degree with your maths Rainbird.
  12. You tried clearing your cookies and cache etc?
  13. I doubt many people could handle that. She's a fanny for doing that to you as well. I really want you to turn the tide and rip her heart out.
  14. Thought the 2 cardiff misses were posts? Regardless, Liverpool should be beating a championship team all day long. Cardiff played well to stay in it, could have won at some point but I've forgotten lol. Was a great game for a neutral though.
  15. Cardiff deserved the win. Another shit performance by Liverpool. With a bit more composure and Cardiff would have had them on penners.
  16. This, or if she's being loud, go stand outside her door and wank furiously while screaming and crying, banging on her door. Then when she answers say "oh sorry, wrong address."
  17. You'll have to start off low and work your way up. Just like with the gym. Try and ride a few times a week and just do what your body allows. Eventually you'll be able to ride more often and for longer but you'll have to work up to it.
  18. Cool, I may consider it. Would it be worth getting some whey for after workouts? A small amount would last me a while I guess, and possibly help substitute my poor diet. I do the same routine every time I go to the gym. I guess that's not the best way to be doing it either?
  19. That sounds like a recipe for quite a lot of size, and I'm not really looking for that. Plus my student budget doesn't really allow for working a good diet
  20. Bad times, as gay as it may sound, at least you've got each other. Like you said you're at similar points in similar situations, so you know you're not alone. Hope you both get sorted, maybe the first TF gay couple?
  21. I dunno how to get there though, like diet and exercise wise. I might do some research and put some work in and do before and after in a few months.
  22. That picture does me justice, but in real life I don't look as good, my arms look skinnier to that, and from side on I'm wider than front on lol. I guess everyone doesn't like the way they look though. And my body doesn't represent what I can do, like you said you can run 10k, I can run about 3k before I'm on the verge of death. I'm glad a picture has clarified my existence
  23. Rocking the zero definition look here. Feeling incredibly gay about this as well lol. My bird was like "Who are you taking that picture for?" Just no good way to try and explain it. Whatever. Repping the nerds with my gigs on still.
